@@EXCELDOERS Thanks for the reply I think it might be because I'm using a macbook ? Like my screen isn't the same as yours when I click "Get Data" it gives me three options of 1. From HTML 2. From Text 3. New DataBase Query And when I click HTML it just opens my files

I explained the technique.. use it wisely to bring your desired result.. u need to see the site behavior carefully and link ur spreadsheet accordingly.
Your information on this video is completely outdated. With Office 365, the entire process has changed and you need to update your video to reflect these changes otherwise it is totally worthless.
