None of these are under $1,400 but MAA Buckhead has some under $1400.., & Stockbridge… I say try searching apartments by MAA, Camden , IMT, & apartments by Courtland. They are super nice, luxury and affordable
Your credit score has to be 550 or above… if you do not get approve, you can be approved with restrictions, and this could mean, you have a low credit score but don’t have any evictions… or owe on any previous stays such as early termination etc.. meaning some of these apartments shown in the video will still let you move in but they might require a security deposit …

Apartment rates change daily.. at the time they were super affordable (for atlanta) starting at 1,200-1,700

No evictions No felonies. The usual. When they check your credit they just look for evictions

Apartment #1 1BR was 2,000 at the time but the rates always change..
