Tim's vids pack more punch per minute than pretty much any other photography site on YT. He does such a fantastic job drilling down to the most important points and uses great pics to clearly demonstrate what he's talking about. Keep up the great work Tim!
Best wishes Tim, have a great Christmas, thanks for all the amazing content, so inspirational, just started in Street Photography earlier this year, you've helped me a lot. 🎉🥂
I don't have a lot of time to watch videos, so I'm quite selective with who's photo channel I watch. I'm glad I found you and your channel. Thanks a ton and Merry Christmas.
I always learn something from your videos Tim. The idea of creating a project is valuable and also helps with intentionality. Merry Christmas to you and yours. Looking forward to your content in 2025.
Wicked video man. Your points really hit home! I can see how much the experience with Edwardo's added to your already brilliant skillset! Keep up the great work ❤
Great job Tim… Are you hiding, not seen you recently and have been mooching around the ‘usual’ busy haunts of your home town a lot lately… Have a fantastic Christmas… C
Haha thanks mate! I’ve been quite busy recently, spending a lot of time in London. Also shooting the races - can only be in so many places a month sadly!
Really good advice. I'm an oldie who has just bought a second hand decent camera and am awaiting a lens I bought. I'm trying to think about it before I even start because I want to photograph very differently to how I use a smart phone. I did a lot of film photography when I was young and feel like my skills and intentions have dissipated with the overuse of my smartphone camera, where I take thousands of photos in a short time especially on holiday. So thanks for the advice! Cheers
Love the long term project idea. I'm going to start setting up some folders to build ideas around. I like that. And the layers thing was one of many things I grabbed from that incredible interview with Eduardo Ortiz. That was really a swell video. One of my favorites of the year.
Hi I have been following this channel and your photos from the beginning and I am impressed with the progress you have achieved. It was a very good decision to switch from digital to film. I see that you take photos with a camera without a light meter, could you share how you deal with measuring light in a scene? Do you use external measurement, the rule of sunny 16 or do you rely on experience?
Cheers Tim. Thanks for the insight in this video. Just wanted to let you know that the link to the ebook didn't work for me. ...oh, and Merry Christmas!
I took some pictures and I posted in a community and the opinions were shit about my pictures. I done want to take more pictures now but I will try to do something in the future. I hate people.
@ but they were right. Are rubbish. Maybe I should study and spend money. But I don’t want to be a professional, I just want to improve Sth and feel nice with myself. Now I don’t want to show nothing to anyone. It is so frustrating.
🔴Thanks for watching! If you enjoyed it drop a comment and hit the like button - really helps spread the video to more people to see 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Haha I’d definitely watch that

Thanks mate! I mainly use sunny 16 and judge by eye. Have a light meter on my phone as well :)
Thanks!!!
My pleasure! 🙏🏻

May I ask what camera you’re using to film?
Fuji XE4

People can be horrible but don’t let them get you down! Keep taking photos 🙏🏻

Can you coach me how to be good photographer and video editing
I can barely edit myself but if you watch my videos you might learn a little about photography :)

Sounds like a script written by chatgpt. Nothing that someone had not said before.
It’s so nice to meet a fan!
