So, it figures that Joe has learned absolutely nothing from his experiences. And God help their poor neighbour if Love gets wind on Joe's latest obsession...😱
It's irony because that fantasy that Joe was seeing in Love is what he actually wants. He doesn't want someone like him, he wants someone who doesn't know what he is, which is why he's only with Love because of the child, and not for love.
Its so funny how Love is exactly like Joe which pushes him away he doesn't wanna be understood or loved he wants to chase as soon as his object of affection loves him back he's not interested typical....
I loved the part when he sayss "Hello you" and there's this suspense background sound but then it vanishes and be like "No, fuck, I'm not doing that" 😭 3:22
I think one main reason Joe was so disgusted and hateful towards Love was because when he was locked up in the cage he had flashbacks and realised that everything he had done was wrong. That's when he removed the key from the cage and was ready to get locked up for all his crimes. 💁♀️ My take anyways.
I think its because Joe likes the idea of having the perfect girl and protecting her no matter what. Now that he knows Love killed for him and knew all along, she isnt the same to him. Shes not innocent and most importantly he doesnt think shes a good person. The whole season it seemed like he wanted to become a good person so he cant love someone that isnt. Joe also really cares for ellie just like he cared for paco so Love killing Delilah was insane to him
Sharpshooter5k agreed. But what about his unconditional love that he promises her in the tent. Why does it change? Ik love turns out to be his murder equal but joe has done worse. He has killed near about 5 people. Even if that was for a good reason, hes still a murderer, dont u think so? And love’s murder sorry to say was an attempt to save joe. Ffs delilah would have him rot him in the jail. He should’ve been thankful to love for saving his life. Why does he retreat when he meets a partner that an equal of his own self and maybe beyond.
The few things i didn't understand: Why didn't Love free Joe right after she killed Candace? Why would Joe try to kill her? What exactly was that meeting at Anavrin?
@@tristand9129 I think that Love didn't free Joe because she felt some insecurity that Joe would just run away after knowing the complete truth about her. joe tried to kill her because he wasn't really in love with her, just wanted to get rid of her as he thought she's a psychopath(which apparently he himself is too) Candace just wanted to reveal joe's real side to Love so that Joe's plan gets failed and he would not ruin some other girl's life. That's just my pov for the ending.
Hopefully love and joe don’t fall out of love next season loved her character would love to see her around longer and also would love to see how love and joe will raise their child together ❤️❤️
the ending doesn't make any sense at all. Joe never cheated on someone he loved and love was that person he said he TRULY LOVES. So to throw in this kind of ending is so dumb. Loves plan for ellie is also stupid, they are rich right? So why would they go through getting Ellie in trouble when they can shut it all down with money..... And also why would Love act like she cannot trust Joe and keept him in his cage, they are both in the same shit and killers if he rats on her he is also going down, and she has the power and money to crush him also. So that wholeee thing doesn't make any sense.......... bad writing.
Why do people need an explanation for the ending of season 2? It's so obvious that the ending means Joe could NEVER love anyone (never even loved Love )and never even changed or realised what he had done (even though we were fooled into thinking he finally repented inside the glass cage or wanted to start as a clean version of himself with Love in LA), there isn't even a good side to this evil obsessed psycho . He's just gonna do the same to that neighbour girl and use love as a justification for all his crimes AGAIN... But who is this girl? And how is his new story with her gonna fit with Love being able to "remove any obstacles" standing in her way of living happily ever after with Joe... THAT is the question Cant wait for season 3...
Idk what Joe wants anymore at the very end of season 3, like the series builds him up as a physopath that is in persuite of love to make up for his early childhood but then at the end he just goes back to his old ways even although season 2 was building up his relationship with Love, and then at the end he just goes back to his old ways even though he doesn't need to like he has dementia lol
I would like that ending as a conclusion to the story. Joe cannot be fixed and that's the end of it. Another season with Joe stalking more women would feel like stretching it.
@@realisticguy569 but as it's fictional I just hope them to change through their strange kind of love. But they should get a little punishment though. Sounds hard but maybe their child could die so they'd realize what they've done to other people which makes them change themselves

I haven't watched 'You' nor do I know anything about it. I'm just here to say that if you need an explanation as to what happened at the end of something you are either dumb or the thing itself is terrible. Based on the fact that seemingly many people require an explanation (as shown by Netflix feeling the need to make this vdeo) I assume (hope) that it is the latter. In which case my suggestion to all of you here would be this; stop watching this show.
This video doesn't actually explain anything, it just recaps the last few episodes with the big twists so you don't have to re-watch the whole thing to freshen up your memory, and points out some far-fetched parallels to make the shows writers look smarter than they really are. Also don't tell me that a show thats only purpose is to f**k with your mind (not this one, I'm thinking about Westworld or Legion) is terrible just because it needs some further explanation after watching it.
@@atiterminator If you are unable to understand the narrative of something, that is not good story telling. Mystery can be good and creates some of the best story telling there is. However, it must flow and make narrative sense. If by the end, of say a season you don't understand what is going on, that is not good story telling. Something designed to make you not follow the plot is not entertaining. If it is unable to get across key elements of the story then someone has messed up big time. I have not watched Westworld as I felt its premise was too heavily 'What is humanity? Who are the real people? What is right and what i wrong?' etc. which felt far too pretentious for me (personally) to sit through. As for Legion, I have never heard of it before. So I cannot comment on the 'mend bendiness' of said shows. But if you are saying that their 'only purpose' is to confuse you, that is bad writing. Weird stuff can be interesting to have in a narrative, but explain it.
what a messy ending. Love is actually female Joe but more obsessed and psycho? Sure its a twist but ties in nothing with what 9 episodes has established. Its a twist for the sake of twist. And the flip in Forty, the lack of closure on his death, its like Joe and Love just went on to live happily ever after. S1 up to 2.9 has been great so far but this terrible finale makes me not want to continue season 3. It screams poor writing. And isn't Joe the devoted, unyielding lover? Why did the cliffhanger hint him already falling for his neighbor? Zero sense at all, goes against Love's character, against Joe's character. Really disappointing.
So, it figures that Joe has learned absolutely nothing from his experiences. And God help their poor neighbour if Love gets wind on Joe's latest obsession...😱
