Sooji Ka Dhokla Recipe
Serves 5 people
Ingredients List :-
11/2 Cup semolina /Sooji
1 Cup Sour Curd
1 Cup Water
1Tsp Salt
Pinch of Hing
1 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
1 Tsp Ginger Paste
1 Tsp Citric Acid/ 1Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Sugar
Adjust salt as per taste
1 Tbsp Groundnut Oil
1 Tsp cooking Soda
Make Dhokla As Explained in Video
Coconut Chutney/Dip
1 Cup Fresh Coconut
1/2 Cup Curd
Green Chilies
1/2 Cup groundnut peeled without skin
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Water
1Tbsp Lemon Juice
TADKA for Chutney/Dip
1 Tbsp Groundnut oil
1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
TADKA for dhokla
2 Tbsp Groundnut Oil
1/4 Tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
Few Green Chillies slit
Few Curry Leaves
Garnish Dhokla with red chilies powder and black pepper powder along with TADKA as Above
