I think its worth mentioning that around the minion wave, you can move your cursor on a certain target and then press button to AA. Cause in teamfights for example they will keep kiting and not prioritize the right targets, but those that are the closest. Also as far as I remember there is an option allowing you to prioritize champions over minions/turrets, so that also could've been mentioned.
I don't think you can combine target champions only with attack move command. Riot purposely did not allow that so that there is at least a little bit of skill left in terms of kiting.
@@peaky6622 Ah, thanks for pointing that out. I'm a brand new player and I was wondering why it wasn't working in tandem. Lots of hidden behaviors in this game!
The only thing to remember is that A click will target minions too if they’re hiding in a minion crowd, but If you learn right click with target champions only you will not hit minions/towers/monsters only enemies. But in my opinion kiting is inherently hard, it’s slightly easier to kite with champions that have some cc in their kit. Vayne/ashe/jinx are my 3 favourite champions to do it with.
Hi. Many people recommend setting "attack move on cursor". As I read from the comments, you don't recommend this, but the champ should attack the nearest target, not the one who is closest to the cursor?
hello i have a problem when i for examle on bot (and im using the last thing the third option you mentioned for kiting) ill say it like this there is a wave in the middle of the lane i urn on potion target chapions onlyand it start to auto attack the minions instead of the champion EVEN THO im using target champions only so what im asking is. can you somehow turn off targeting minions while kiting or something like that?
Unfortunately, there is not an option like that. It would be way too broken and Riot tries to reward skill. So the best you can do is aim at the opponent with your mouse.
I’m trying to set up my settings in League of Legends so that when I press a specific key (e.g., X), my champion: Automatically attacks the nearest enemy champion to my cursor (using Player Attack Move Click). Displays a red attack range indicator around my champion while auto-attacking (similar to the circle you see with Rapid Firecannon). I’ve tried enabling "Show Attack Range" and using Player Attack Move, but it requires an extra right-click to confirm. Player Attack Move Click skips the right-click but doesn’t show the red range circle I’m looking for. Ideally, I want: The red range indicator to appear automatically during auto-attacks. A one-step command where pressing X shows the circle and attacks immediately. Is this setup possible? If not, is there a workaround you’d recommend? Thank you so much for your help!
I get your point but you can literally get used to it, the idea is that these things do make it easier for you but they are not going to be easy to implement. However, if you do put in the time and find your own style with it it's very strong and necessary.
@@PhoenixKola yes of course, its just you gonna do the same thing with moving the cursor back and forth when multiple enemies are involve especially when Minions are on the way.

This doesn’t work with auto attack, only abilities. don’t spread misinformation
@@pranav-codesTarget champions only is a setting for auto attacks. It prevents you from auto attacking minions when a champion is near your cursor.
i will try this tomorrow thanks for explaining it basicly.
Already knew that, but it is a very good and simlpe guide to start, now it's just a matter of practice to get it in use, keep it up mate!
This just makes life in the bot lane easier! Thanx a lot

First person to explain it properly
I try to use the attack champs only toggle in team fights, but it might be worth binding that one too
That option only works with right click and not with any attack move command
thanks this helped me a lot
Yo thanks man I didnt know that. super helpful. love you
Love you too my man
Tysm ur guide is the best
Thank you for watching my brother!
thanks thats was helpful
its kinda hard but i think i have to get used to it

TY FOR THE INFO MY GY
I use the right button mouse binded to attack as well for kiting instead
You just have to click where you wanna walk and it'll attack directly after, takes getting used to though
i can only kite properly at high attk speed, roughly around 1.4 is when i can kite… anything lower and i cancel my aa,
The trick is to keep the mouse movement the same speed but wait for the aa to go through first before right-clicking to move
i dont use these settings im more conformotable without it and kiting i almost always hit the champion... some pro players doesnt have it too right?
Yeah, its just personal preference.
I didn't know this video had sound before I turned the volume up.
Lol
it always attacks minions and its hella annoying if i was chassing someone
Second method is best if you are high Apm player

Did you find a way for it?
the last kiting method is so boring, and it sometimes doesn't help with the right targets, so Right click + AA Button is better
what happens when there is more than one enemy?
You just hit the first target that is the closest to you.
If I use the last method, is there a way to only target champions?
No, that would be too broken, you only target the closest thing to you.
ohhhh ok thx for the help tho :D@@PhoenixKola

what if you have multiple enemies including minions? This is my problem with this if only this work together with target champion only.

But if there is minions, it will first focus minions, even in target champions only. a way for it ?
There's the settings that automatically targets the closest enemy (both minions and champions) to you.
One alternative option is to click Uninstall
the volume is SO LOW
i want that player attack move with range indicator is that possible?
Pressing C (default) or the show champion menu hotkey shows the range indicator for autos

No, you can't unfortunately do that. It would be too broken.
