If Venus is in Virgo in 7th with moon in the D9, but not like that in the D1. How does one consider this D9 in relation to the the D1. Does one consider it as an 'overlay' or a 'mixing' or a strength/weakness of the D1 but not necessarily the characteristics of D9(Venus in Virgo)?
And to be clear, I'm not looking specifically about the actual D9 placement I just mentioned. But I am wondering how one considers the two charts together(D1 and D9), so that I may take the same approach to see for myself when looking at other charts.
And more so from your perspective. I have seen so many different ways astrologers use the D9. So since I have a reference to a chart and person with Venus in Virgo in the 7th, I am able to 'test' your approach. And I don't mean test as in right or wrong, just a continuation in my own development of how I approach D9 charts.
So far in my studies of astrology I have yet to find any strong correlation between D9 and D1 charts. And I know accurate birth time is much more important for divisional charts.
I almost have the sense that divisional charts should be looked at from more of a intuition approach, whereas the general techniques of D1 seem to bear out better, like what you are saying here in this video if the Venus in Virgo is as for the D1 chart.
