I suggest better research more on other passport mobility index like Henley and Partners (which is the standard basis for passport rankings that are based from IATA data) and others. Arton's passport index is ok but Henley is the standard. #suggestions

Please refer the Henley Passport Index - the UAE’s passport never was and never will be at the top. Japan, Singapore, South Korea, some European countries, Australia etc. make up the top 10. India is 85th, I think …and Pakistan is at the bottom along with Afghanistan, 104th or so.
