There's a concept called as lazy load, it loads the images or videos only when they are on the screen (while scrolling) so this way you can reduce the time it takes to load up the website

Your photos and other things are stored with google sites itself. There is no complex backend because it is handled with google sites (static site not dynamic)
Google sites provides the hosting no need for other things. But if you're hosting it by yourself, you can either use github pages (free) or use something like netlify/vercel if it's a bigger webapp

In my web development journey, I’ve seen many horror stories of people who blindly believed this free domain gimmick of Freenom, only to be surprised later with their domain/account terminated.
There's not a direct way for it but you can add in the logo as an image and then add the link over that image so whenever someone clicks it they are taken to whichever social media link you've added.

why no signup option on freenom website? There is only signin option available, without signing up i can't signin for get free domain

Yes just go over to sites.google.cok and log into your account and then edit the site as you want and then when you're done again press on publish.

Do you know how to put a link and social media logo on it like telegram and insta?
There's not a direct way for it but you can add in the logo as an image and then add the link over that image so whenever someone clicks it they are taken to whichever social media link you've added.
