I've owned big powerful motorbikes, fast cars, big cars and vans. I've just bought a Peugeot 107 (same car as the C1 and Toyota Aygo.) It's a cracking little car. So much fun to drive, the engine's a peach. Makes a great sound, it's quick if you know how to drive it properly and it's as cheap as motoring can get. Yeah it's a bit noisy but that's part of its character. It reminds me of 80s cars that were much more basic than modern cars. It's a real driver's car.
@@LeRafale It works very well. For repairs, I spent only 100$ in total. Although I eventually will change this car, for now I am glad driving it and it's definitely the best first car I could have bought.
I've been in one with a huge exhaust leak, At low RPMs, it sounds like an sporty inline-6 and once the Toyota VVTi kicks in it sounds like a straight-piped honda

Alles gut. Als ich frisch aus der Fahrschule kam, orientierte ich mich auch öfter an der Geschwindigkeit und Drehzahlmesser, jedoch verwirft man das relativ schnell. Mit wachsender Fahrerfahrung schaltet man nach Gehör und Gefühl. Man achtet weder intensiv auf den Tacho noch auf den Drehzahlmesser. Ich kann die Frage daher nicht pauschal beantworten. In der Regel lassen sich die meisten Autos bei +/- 2500 Umdrehungen pro Minute angenehm schalten.

I have this car and i dont like it. Although it's full equiped (ac, electric window, airbag, radio...), the engine is flat... Not that it has no power, but it doesnt have any sound or characteristic! You have to push it to get a sound. It works just to well... (I dont have a rpm counter on mine, that's a shame... I wonder if i can had one! :D )

Had a basic model ,no electric windows,no central locking. I was a hoot to drive and hardly used any fuel . Loved it .
I bought C1 (2006) today. That's my first car and I already am fall in love with this car.

That is basically what is is. It is a PSA engine which is designed on the blueprints of the Daihatsu 3 banger.

Du hast es richtig erkannt mit den Gängen. So fahre ich in der Fahrschule auch immer. Habe auch dieses Auto als fahranfänger Auto geholt.
jeder Motor will gedreht werden. Ziehe die Gänge schön hoch.
