Euroairport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg (29.04.2024)

A special day at Euroairport.
For the first time in 3 years, the Airbus A330 VP-CAC flew again today. The Airbus A330 has been in Basel since 2018 and had a test flight in 2021 and has been parked in Basel since then.
Often in Basel but always a highlight is the test flight of a Boeing 747-400 today with the A9C-HMK. With a fantastic full power, 1090 m take off she went on a short test flight. Shortly afterwards she made her way back to Awali, this time with a normal start.
The breaks were filled with two Italian Air Force G550s and other aircraft.

23:55 also here i was on my way to school as I saw a big plane. In my head I was like „that can’t be happening right now.“ I went on flightradar and there it was. because I was already mad because I missed the 747-400 it was literally the worst day of the year.

4:50 I was in school and I had a clear view out of the window. I heard an unfamiliar sound, as I looked outside the window I was shocked. The classroom was silent therefore they heard my gasp. My teacher asked me what’s wrong and then she saw the plane, she already knew what was wrong. The whole day i was so mad that I missed this plane.
