Howdy neighbors..I did similar, moving from PHX to east Oklahoma and starting with Dexters and Highlands. With a couple of years under my belt, I can tell you that you will NOT regret any of your decision to becoming farmers.

@@AlgiereRanch yes I have. So far so good. I will send the first hidex to freezer camp next summer. I am also trying to breed polled 3/4 highlands.... all the shag of highlands with the size and lack of horns of my dexters

So about the same as a Dexter bull
