Like, if the natural order of the universe is so tragic then is god really all-loving or all-powerful? Factory farming is horrible but that's all because of humans, it's not part of the natural ecosystem
Even if he wanted to go for natural deaths, there's so much more grizzly stuff out there. Even with orcas, sometimes you got them playing with and torturing prey animals for hours, hitting and flipping them around until their skin starts peeling off, sometimes not even eating them afterwards. Then there's all the predators eating their prey alive, parasitoid wasps, entire species in which violent rape is the default mode of reproduction, etc. etc.
This show does so many things to enrich my life: makes commutes less lonely, makes me laugh, and helps me realize this man and Matteo Lane are two different people
