Afew pointers i have for beginners is to really focus on THAT swimming motion,
y'know the one where you are horizantal in the water and you use your arms to perform that stretching
(as far as you can) motion to push the water behind you
(which will propell you forward).
And while you do that you also have to kick your legs up and down
(you might splash alot at first)
Anyway thats advice for you to start my friend.❤😊
