I have full permission to use all songs being played in my videos all which are original work. This track is owned by me as a licensed remix Хобби
9 years later and we have Temu and all that costume jewelry for SO cheap! Thank you so much for this detailed and easy to understand tut ♥
Thank you babe!!
Facts! I’m coming from buying from Temu 😂
Temu is life y’all 😂
Hahahah that’s why I’m here 😂😂😂 10 years later 😅
OnnGod😂
Now this is how you do a how-to video! No music to distract, clear instructions. You planned it too and had everything you needed. On top of all that, you answered all my questions. Great job!
I know right!!
Facts this was a great video
aaahhh the good ol' days ♥
I was thinking the same thing. She did an amazing job on this tutorial!!! 10/10
I create custom beaded charm bracelets and rosary necklaces. This tip is a life saver. I spray all of my units before shipping them out. Thank you!!
Beadedbyhope.com
Can u please tell me what is the name exactly so I could fine it at any shop or any brand similar I’m not from the USA so we don’t have these brands
Hope TheNovelist you items are amazing. Do you use precious stone beads? If so, do you spray those or just plastic beads and the metals? I make jewelry as well
Your earthly purpose was to teach. I have been looking for months for a video to recover some costumed jewelry. Thank you for informing me and sharing with everyone. Ase’
I do this because I have allergies. Costume jewelry always causes my skin to itch. This prevents it
Well why yuh watching this is not for you and your problem
susan john dumb ass nigga u must ain't read that shit right

Great job on this video!!! Instructive, soothing voice, not noisy background and got right into it without excessive chatter. 👌🏽
Thank you so much for sharing! I find lots of nice pieces at my local beauty supply store. I keep them in tightly sealed plastic bags but still get some tarnishing after a while. Will def use this tip!!!
Thank you for this video. So many other posts talk about expensive processes and expensive products. And many of them don't work. This is perfect for my silver night lamps. Thank you again.
My gosh, your voice makes me so relaxed!
Great tips about putting tape over the stones and not over-doing it with the spray! I use Krylon Crystal Clear and like to let it dry before turning my pieces over and spraying the other side. What I have noticed, though, is that the spray slightly dulls the finish on your jewelry, so if you have a super shiny piece, just spray it once and see if you like it. I know some people like to spray each side 4 times, which may be overkill. Thanks for sharing your tips and tricks :0)
Thank you for making this comment because I bought the same product and I don't want the jewelry to look too dull.
You have such a relaxing voice! Nice video.
She really does! :)
Her voice is a little bit unintentional ASMR : )
Thank you. This is going to really help costume jewelry makers! Really helpful. You made my day.
This is a great idea. I was using clear nail polish; much more time consuming, more expensive and quite a mess when looking at the jewelry piece while tipping the nail polish as it pours out on everything. Thank you and you do have a lovely voice.
Thanks Robin, I purchased the spray a few months ago wasn't sure how to go about applying, but this video was very helpful to me. Thanks for sharing"!!
I finally was able to get the sound to work. This is amazing! I have spent so much money over the years on great costume jewelry only to have it tarnish after just a few wearings. I thought I had acid in my skin! I am very excited to try this out - I am very excited about this. Thanks so much for sharing. You are the jewelry Goddess :)
Did this work for you? How long did it last? I make leather earrings and I'm trying to find ways to prevent the earring hardware from tarnishing. Thanks. 😊
Hey can u answer above question plz
Your jewelry is gorgeous. Thank you for sharing this!
Thank you for doing this. I think this is the best video that shows how to protect fashion jewelry.
Thank you for your informative video! Well explained, detailed and to the point. Amazing. Thank you
JUST WANT TO REALLY THANK YOU FOR THIS VID. SO VERY HELPFUL.
Love your jewelry! Thanks for sharing.
Love this idea better than the clear fingernail polish. 👍👍👍
Thank you for the tutorial. I have beautiful pieces and I will do it to protect them.
Thank-you so much! I'm thrilled I found this video! You're awesome!
Thank you for sharing this video cause your right costume jewelry prices have gone up and I want my stuff to last. So thanks again for making this video....
Love you voice very calming.
Lovely soothing voice... Feel chilled out now.. ☺💙
lovekisses99 I went to wal-mart tonight and purchased some of polyurethane and I have sprayed my costume jewelry and I am excited and cannot wait to see how this goes. I also used your masking tape method on the jewelry that has stones in them and the stones are fine the tape really protected them and they arent clouded, so thanks a billion for this insite that you have provided me because I have tons of costume jewelry and I never feel like I got my money's worth because it starts to fade, but thanks again for this method and this brilliant idea!
how did it work out? did it last?
How are they
Did it last?
nobody answers this question
still here, how long did it last?
Thanks Robin I'm definitely going to try this
How long does it last before you have to fix it again?
great tip for sure..thanks for sharing..just wondering out of curiousity sake would these pieces that have been sprayed have to be touched/sprayed again in a couple of months or so? or would they be alright for awhile?
I know this is WAY after the fact (6+yrs) & repetitive, but this video is exceptional! You've got a voice like butter (butter makes everything better! 💜), your speech is not rushed, it's very clear & holds your attention for the entire video. That seems to be extremely rare now. I bet you're a great public speaker too😊. Like another person said, you actually put thought into your video, planning it out before starting, which allows you to maintain a calming but purposeful lesson. You should really think about teaching people how to make videos, prep work, what/ how you'll say things, etc. You are short & sweet & to the point with the info; you don't hem & haw over yourself & ramble on & on about Lord knows what. You've also done a great job of having NO distractions... for you & for the viewer. I could listen to you ALL DAY LONG! I don't really care what it's about either. VERY SOOTHING VOICE...I JUST LOVE IT! ❤🤍💙
wow your really into her huh
Thank you so much for sharing i use clear nail polish which doesn't seem to last long so I'm gonna give this a try! :)
@diamond 🤔
Sounds like a great idea! Have you ever had issues with the chain links sticking together or the joints on the post of hoop earrings?
Thank you! Looks like I found a mutual jewelry addict! Lol. I will give this a try for sure. My body is very acidic and tarnishes jewelry very FAST. acidic isn't all bad, cancer hates an acidic environment so maybe it's helping me in a small way. I'm also gonna try coating some jewelry pieces with resin and see how that does, if it works it will last even longer! I don't have much costume jewelry because of the acidity issue but I have a few pieces I just love so I hope 1 or both of these work! Again thank you!!! ❤ ❤ ❤
how long does the reduced tarnishing last?
Thanks, Robin. You just saved me a lot of money.
I read majority of comments, not all, but many many comments.were.directed to how long does the initial coating last?, Can you give a double coating?,etc. You did not respond to.any of this type of question.that was asked many.times.
Thanks for sharing this helpful tip, its useful for new jewelry for prevention but is there a way to fix nice costume jewelry that has already been tarnish or starting to tarnish?
This is a great idea. I never thought to do this. Thanks for sharing.
You're most welcome babe!❤️
How often do you need to apply the coating after the first initial spray?
WOW! I wish I had seen this before a lot of my necklaces from HauteLook tarnished.
For already tarnished pieces I use gold nail polish and maybe top that with a little gold glitter nail polish , or silver.
Great tutorial! thank you for this ❤️ but if i may ask, how long does it lasts? 🤔
Thank You very much for the tip ur videos are great Pretty Lady😘
I, how often should we apply the coating?
You have a great voice! You should be a narrator. Thanks for the tips, its too bad these jewelry companies don't have the items treated before they are sold!
You can thank capitalism for that Lol
So helpful thanks a bunch!
Thank you so much! Do you use this for earring hooks as well?
Hi how do you do that to rings or necklaces that have a gem/ cubic zerconia? Don’t want to lose the jewel shine
Luv ur diy's they are always helpful
What would you do if you wanted to use a jewelry polishing solution ? Would you put it on before or after applying the polyurethane?
Does this help with the smell? I have a necklace that I love and for some reason its smelling funny.
PERFECT!! I was gonna use resin but this is much faster! Thanks!!!!
Thank you so much for sharing that's awesome girl. I know you know,
how much money we have wasted over the years? I'm done with that !!!
I need a new idea thank you for that. You're awesome God bless
Thank you , great tutorial. What happened if stones get sprayed accidentally.
Wonderful voice. Thank you
Wow thanks!!! I've been buying some real cool rings from Wish and was worried they would turn. I've used clear nail polish and it didn't work great. I'm definitely going to buy the polyurethane. Thank you again.
Make sure you do "seal" then because those bad boys from wish/home will turn in less than a month
Did it work?
Hate to be redundant, but I agree with everyone else. Your voice is so soothing. You should do a podcast; I'd listen to it!
Awesome video and great tips 😊
Does it still work after going in to the water with your jewelry ?
Thank you, not sure if using USPS boxes is a good idea though
Knowledge is power thank you for sharing this video
So much easier than nail polish. I do nail polish for metal allergys. My skin blisters. Ill try it Ty💜
Awesome video lady!!! You rock. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much.
Great tip! Thank you!!
Thanks! Your video is the best on the subject.
How often does it need to be re applied?
hi! wanna know if it does get stiff on necklace, i have a snake and wheat chain style. thaanks!
Would you recommend this for jewelry findings such as jump rings, earring hooks, and other gold or silver accents
Thank you for this. 💕💕💕
Can you do this with gold plated Jewelry?
what kind of tape do you use to cover the stone
Great video! Thank you!
Can this work on keeping a gold plated watch from fading?
I'm in LOVE with your gold anklet. Can you tell me where you got it? Is it from the same website as you mentioned? Thanks in advance!! @lovekisses99
Hi once u spray this how much longer can the jewelry last.
How often do you do this process to keep it from tarnishing?
You’re voice is so soothing! You should read stories for Headspace or Calm apps. 😀
Could I spray this onto a little paint brush and brush it on smaller delicate jewellery?
is this acrylic? and did you use high gloss or saturn finish?
Is this with any top coat and jewelry with stones/cz diamonds ? Will any top coat cloud it ?
Great, how to video! Absolutely helpful! I wish I had watched it years ago. Have a fabulously blessed day in the Lord!😊
Thank you so very much.
Thanks so much for sharing.
If u get the spray on ur hands nail polish remover will take it off💜
OMG! I'm so glad you shared this with us! WOW, WOW, WOW! I only wear costume jewelry and clip on earrings. I'm running out tomorrow and picking up a couple of cans! Thank you so much for sharing!
Did this worked?
Hey where did you get the nail bracelet from?
Thanks
What if it's already tarnished? What if it already has rust odor?
And if these things haven't occured yet.. then can it prevent rust odor? Or skin from turning green ?
Can you see the spray at all on the jewelry?
Tons of unanswered questions.
Thanks for the tips! New subscriber!
Thank you for sharing this. I've bought everything you mentioned and I'm looking forward to trying this and extending the life of some pieces that I'm really attached to and wear often. Thanks again!
