I do enjoy watching you each week that you race. I started out years ago with my two sons, and he reminds me a lot of us. But keep working at it. It will come. Dan from New Smyrna beach
Been to Daytona multiple times and it will humble you real quick. Even the best of the best will miss the big show. Keep your chin up and keep digging man.
Man, that feeling when you run wide on exit, watching that wall come up quick, knowing you can't do anything about it - it sucks! Bent the RF of a 5 lap old MINecon at Batesville pushing wide out of 4 in qualy a few years back... oops.
Would be cool as hell to travel a lot more these year! Its a lot of fun cruising around to all the different tracks, need more subscribers so we can fund it!
@@DegenerateGarage hell yeah I hope you get it rolling and can make it up eventually. We’re thinking about starting a channel just for our track. It’s called the “The Turns” it’s 10 mins from the famous Williams Grove Speedway and made out of the same clay.
You got prep tires month ahead time for Daytona creosote and lacquer thinner and transmission fluid we won lot races there on that prep same shit Ron moon used for decades to
You have 0 roll speed man you’re getting pulled half a track coming out the grid which could be a variety of things air, clutch, karts in a bind, not enough grip, motor
Honestly was a combination of all. Did a motor swap on day 3 and make some improvements in the tire departments. Got much faster, we learning! Only a 2 year old program!
Keep your chin up. All your learning will help in the future. Good to see your ok. Thanks for the videos!

I couldn’t find grip all weekend, every time I came around I thought about tagging that damn wall!
Pretty sick video dude.
Appreciate it!
That track was slick all week the slickest ive seen it in 30 yrs ive been racing
I kept describing it as greasy.
Did you prep the inside of your max tire?
Yes sir! I needed a wider array of tires, I only inside rolled 2 weeks prior. I could have used a new older set.
Are your left and right rear tires the same width?
Felt like it at times
@DegenerateGarage Normally 10 to 11 inch wide tires on right side. And 8 inch. Left rear.
Proper big ass track! Approx What speeds do you pull on the straights?
We were running 54 early in the day. Never qualified, but I think after the track came in those boys were running closer to 60.
@@DegenerateGarage that’s moving for sure!! Especially in a kart with ya butt an inch off the ground
Love your channel dude. Any chance you’d come run at a badass backyard track in PA this summer?

Slow, low and boring. Didn't even realize I was watching a race.
I agree, should have been faster and made the main.
Your getting killed coming each corner plus track that size you should be flat footing never lift
Nah I raced in jr 2 and I even had to lift to make the corner. I thought it would be that way but it’s so flat your gonna slide up.
I couldn't find enough grip to be flat out
