Pw2 is rng based, hc is skill based. So in conclusion i would say that pw2 is much harder (since my luck is fkin terrible) than hc (my skill is also terrible)

And the biggest issue was wave 22 because of the low amount of time you've been given to kill the amalgamation, and once that time ends, those toxics will just rush to heal that amalgamation, leaving you to die. (Commanders old range is needed.)*
Nah Polluted Wastelands II is harder in hardcore you don’t have to deal with circuit boosted 20K hp Abominations that move down the path at sonic speeds and then have a second phase

Specials are truly difficult. Although it's fallen mode structure, it's still very hard. Especially Polluted or Hardcore.
