Well the view from up the stairs was awesome . The water of the lake was crystal clear , the entrance fee for the park is miniscule . The boat ride was also really cheap . The koi fish were a great encounter . Well it's certainly worth visiting .

This brings back memories. Went here back in 2019 after visiting a restaurant on the other side of town for a fantastic beef udon meal. I'm planning to day trip to Takamatsu next year just to see Ritsurin Koen again. I actually walked there from the Takamatsu castle ruins and then got the train back to JR Takamatsu from the North Entrance station I day tripped from Hiroshima to see it last time, this time I'll have to get there while I'm staying in Sannomiya. Definitely easy to get lost there, but it is such a beautiful place.
It's a wow garden. I will add it as a must-go place. I think you'll enjoy more with your bf. It looks like you visited there recently, as many naked trees. I wish you can visit some places with autumn leaves landscape. Thanks for sharing. PS, black beer is my favourite.

As I know in other parts of Asia, they have a rainy season and a dry season. Also, I noticed the Dark beer as you described it, we have something similar called Guiness which originates from Ireland have your heard of this? My other concern has always been solo traveling, I have previously travelled to Europe solo but never to Asia, so that is what got me interested in your wonderful Channel😊 So I'm unsure if I have the confidence to travel alone, or maybe I would consider a group tour but then you are tied to their itinerary.
