Hi Hebbar one thing I did not understand. What is the difference between traditional and instant dhokla? Both require same ingredients. Both require same steam time. Is it suger which is added more which is the difference between traditional and instant dhokla?? I really did not understand.
Instant khaman dhokla is made from gram flour. But in traditional method, chana dal, rice is soaked for few hours .Then it's grinded with little curd and is kept for fermentation. After that khaman is prepared
