The 'sticky' parameter of the wetting propertie will only work if a non-zero viscosity is applied to the liquid.

What setting controls how to settle the fluid? I do a fill 50 percent and after even 100 frames the fluid is still jittery moving around? Is it putting high steps?

This is a good recourse however with a combination of some options together it will give tens of different results. but of course this is very handy tests.
