At least she did enjoy herself during the course of Miss Universe 1998. A perfect representative of the Philippines. At least she's everywhere. Hindi mo sya hahanapin during the telecast. Alam nya kung saan pupwesto. Binibining Pilipinas 1998 nga sya. Wendy Fitzwilliam, Miss Trinidad and Tobago 1998, deserved her Miss Universe 1998 title.

Production wise Miss Universe 1998 was lackluster. Especially the disappointing Parade of Nations. The start of the "Redefined for today" year...
