I just purchased this camera & I noticed that the playback volume is low even on max volume. I haven't purchased a memory card yet but I doubt that interferes with that. Is there anything I can do to boost the playback volume ?
To copy photos and video, I always take out the memory card and insert it into the laptop. I just connected the camera via usb and my laptop does not recognize the camera too. It's not a problem for me, but I don't understand whydo I need USB cable in the box
I usually copy the video from the memory card to my laptop Then I edit the video by Kdenlive and save it in a suitable format for RUclips Maybe you can immediately upload, I have not tried You can also install Canon software from the DVD, I hope that there is the right software Please write what you get

There is a ring outside the snap pic button. That is a zoom, and it works for me during recording.
