This one was fun to watch. As far as Misty's concerned...she should battle Serena, and they should have a rivalry from there.
I think them both having a crush on ash would be hilarious too… seeing as it would make it even more funny how the Kalos series was when Serena was jealous before too

You know what would be fun a rivalry between Serena and misty not just in battle but for ash (of course Serena is endgame but it would make for great character development
It would be awesome if Serena’s Pikachu would later evolve into its Alola Form. I know that the Pikachu was caught in Kanto but I feel like the Alola Form suits her more. With that said, I say Ash battles Misty first: both Ash and Serena should win but Serena with more ease. This would allow Ash to see Serena as a more threatening rival (maybe develop an interest in her idk).
I like to see how a Serena vs, Misty rivalry tunes out.
Misty should battle Serena and become her rival. I feel she really needs to have 1 at this point + I feel it would make for a more interesting dynamic.
For Misty, Serena definitely. Ash will have plenty of rivals throughout Kanto, including Gary, so leave Misty as the rival for Serena.
Also, since Ash already had a battle, it’s time for Serena to shine and it should be interesting to see what she does with her Bulbasaur, Nidoran and Pikachu.
Misty should battle Ash first and beat him as he seems a little too overconfident right now, but I also think she should become rivals with Serena.
I think she would definitely have an eevee. You know, mascots. Maybe it doesn’t evolve either like Ash’s Pikachu.
This series is fantastic! I love this alternate version of Serena! I'd rather Misty have a rivalry with Serena since at the moment, Serena is way more knowledgeable than Ash is, so I think this rivalry would be less one-sided. I guess Misty could battle Ash first and have her underestimation of him be corrected so that when she faces Serena, Misty will be more on guard and humble, knowing that Serena is likely more skilled than Ash or at the very least smarter

I feel that misty should battle serena first and might have a rivalry with misty.
It would be interesting if she had a rivalry with misty especially since she has a crush on ash too. Since ash just had a battle with samurai. Plus it will be interesting to see how her bulbasur and her pikachu do with the type advantage. (Plus side note I think vulpix would fit very well with Serena’s vibe.)
Another great part to this interesting series! Seeing as this series is more centered toward Serena, we should probably have her battle Misty first. But whether or not she should win is a good question. Even though she has type advantage, if she loses she'll learn from the experience better than if she wins. But that's just my opinion.
Misty should battle Serena, as her current team would be neat to see battle Serena, although I have a suggestion of Misty having a Wooper, Barboach, or Marshtomp to hard counter electric types so a sweep wouldn't be possible.

Heads Misty becomes Serena's Gary but with an added love interest that also ends up making Ash a better Pokemon trainer as well due to having to keep up with those two and slowly falling for both

Honestly what I want too see is Misty & Serena soon get in a rivalry when it comes to getting Ash’s attention, the question is how? Will she start getting those feelings if she battles Ash or will she start off already having a rivalry between Serena because of the battle but after getting too know them better she gets a crush on Ash and the already rivalry between Serena gets more intense because of her feelings towards Ash
I would want Serena to battle Misty and be her rival It would be funny if they both tried to fight for Ash. Also I love that Serena's Pikachu is in love with Ash's Pikachu.

i think it would be fun to have serena fight and lose to misty this time, despite type advantages, because misty is a more experienced trainer at this point. it could also highlight more growth whenever serena gets the badge from her (and even out the rival score to 1:1)
Correction on anger point: it actually maximizes it's attack. I had to learn this the hard way, by fighting one early on in a nuzlocke, I then lost that nuzlocke due to said mankey sweeping my entire team, just a little fact I thought I'd share

OK, I think Serena should battle Misty, since we already saw Ash vs Misty in the canon timeline. I think the most amusing and innovative direction would be for Serena to win, and Misty to butt heads with Serena, who would then have to decide whether to butt back or just roll with it.
Given Misty's *canonical* ability indexes, I'd say there's no way with your setup that Serena will lose - since you've already written her up at close to Gary's level, and historically Gary and the two trainers who disappeared wiped the floor with Cerulean Gym, and Ash was on his way to beating her even without his electric rodent (and Ash is a little more competent in this timeline thanks to Serena working him) - plus Misty even got to use the water in that fight, which is not an advantage she'd have here.

This was a good part 2 Serena catches the Female Pikachu and it has a bit of a Crush on Ash’s mirrors Serena Ash Catched Pidgeotto and I liked that he actually Battles it with Pikachu instead of just Throwing a pokeball at it thanks to Serena’s Coaching and he battled The samurai Ash was going to battle with Pidgeotto but it was Exhorted and Samurai’s mocks him for it which Makes Mankey come to want to battle defend Ash’s Honer and beat Pinsir it good that here Mankey does something instead of just evolving into Primeape through Anger and I liked how you had Samurai’s second Pokemon be Syther instead of Metapod were Mankey loss to it and Ash uses Pikachu which it won thanks to its Static ability and the Samurai has some respect for Ash and their was no Beedrill attack then they arrived at Pewter City learn of the Pokemon league and go to challenge Brock but he is battling Misty who won so they have to Wait until tomorrow to battle him and Misty challenge Serena to battle which Ash does two so their was a Coin Toss and I think Misty should battle Serena and become it main Rival but Misty could also be a bit of a rival to Ash I mean Nando was a rival for both Ash and Dawn and since Serena battles Misty first then Ash can battle Brock first the next day.

The answer is chosen last time was the right one: Serena doe's engage with the female Pikachu & battle it. My next answer is Misty battling Serena in the next part if the Serena Kanto Journey's series, Like Mystic said, Choose your answer's wisely 😉.
I love this series, I love AU stories like this, I love the idea of Serena being Ashs companion since day one. I think Misty should battle Serena Because
A) since this story kinda centers on her, I would love to see her get a rivalry with Misty that is similar to Gary and Ash, we don’t need ash to hog all the good rivalries, save some for his GF😘
B) I can image a battle between Serena’s Bulbasaur and Misty’s Staru being really fun. Bulbasaur has the type advantage over staru, staru also knows psybeam, a psychic type move, which are good against poison types like Bulbasaur. I could totally see Serena taking out her Bulbasaur for the type advantage, only for misty to pull a “You FOOL!” and order Staru to use psybeam on it. That would be golden.

Let Serena battle misty, someone points that we’ve already got Gary battle ash. So misty is Serena’s rival!
Serena should battle Misty first. It makes far more sense. Misty would he highly intrigued by Serena whilst similar events between Ash and Brock play out. Ash will make his mark on the type of trainer he is, intrigued by Ash’s tenacity and unusual and unique out of the box battling styles as we know them today. The combination of both battles could essentially bring both Misty and Brock to decide to join them.
Serena's should battle Misty first and be her main rival.
I guess in this canon the Cerulean Sisters will be taking their post as Cerulean Gym Leaders seriously

Since this is Serena's story, she should be Misty's rival. For this reason, it would build up drama if Misty battled Ash first (and destroyed him).

I think the story should be ok if Misty was to battle Ash (and win for now until the Cerulean Gym battle or the next time ash and Serena meet Misty) but Misty would be Serena's rival. This could build up to when Serena has a strong team to battle Misty with her best team I trust Mystic has planned to build for her.
