The art is beautiful, the song is beautiful, the singing is beautiful. This is all around amazing and I already love it, this song fits Noelle so well and I love it. The song is like her liement and a bit of a cry for help and it's really bitter sweetly sad, everyone who worked on this has so much talent and I can't wait to see more
Real talk here; the lyrics to this song is something I can relate to very well. A mask to smile through the day; difficulty to say no to others; smiling for the sake of pretending everything's okay. For the lyrics made to reflect Noelle, it's hauntingly close to exactly what I feel. In short, it feels kind of freaky to connect near verbatim to the lyrics. "Learn courage when I get old" and to "struggle to be bold." Courage is hard to get when you're "waiting in the cold", emotionally separated from others. And yet the struggle is real, easier to do with time but no less difficult to slog through every day. A beautiful song that conveys powerful emotions of those who feel like misfits in the world and waiting to find that someone who understands.
This really makes me think how much of a precious character Noelle Is, Shes not Only a Lesbian, Her story- She Lost her sister dess, her Mother Is too harsh on her, her Dad Is in the hospital, he May die, She May be left alone, i understand how She feels Because i have the same situation going on Somehow, also i love Noelle's voice into this! Another great work!

I'd expect smart race, I feel like a berdly song would be more important than rouxls. If they do more than 5, I feel like they'll end up doing rouxls, and I personally want castle town but it seems unlikely

This is…nostalgic, actually. This adaptation honestly sounds like one of those feel-good songs that a lot of 90s-esque movies tended to make for or incorporate into their soundtracks. “How The Moon Must Feel” (Thomas And The Magic Railroad), “My Heart Will Go On” (Titanic), “Remember Me This Way” (Casper), “When You Believe” (Prince of Egypt), those are the types of songs I’m thinking of.
I've just listened to Genocide Pack Musical... So "Lost Girl" helped to revive my soul... Thanks everyone for working on all Musicals. You're doing such a colossal job.
@@matthewgillis393 but that person already voices Ralsai. Now I'm not saying that 1 person voicing multiple characters is bad, but I get the feeling MOTI is trying to bring new voice talent to the channel. I certaintly don't remember Queen's VA making an appearince in any of MOTI's previous projects.
This is absolutely beautiful. I struggled to listen through the whole of it at once: the song is just that good at conveying emotions. Between the implied duality of the lyrics, the heaviness of the tone, and the flawless execution, I can say the for me, this is the best song in either the Undertale or Deltarune (not) Musicals. To just mention some of the things I loved about the lyrics/song: The whole section from 0:32 to 0:51 is incredible in how it complements the original music. You can hear the hope in Noelle's voice through the rising notes each time she sings "Maybe if", and the resignation through the falling notes as she concludes each sentence, as if she feels these are unattainable dreams. The lyric at 1:03, "Someone show me through this lost world", hits so heavily: Noelle's just woken up in a strange electric city, been captured by a cyborg eerily reminiscent of her mother, joined forces with a childhood friend to battle against a current friend of hers, been captured once again and locked away, all while dealing with the emotional instability that comes from interacting with a crush. At some point, she's hit her psychological breaking point, and I think this is it for Noelle: lost in both herself and in this world, she cries for help, praying someone might help her and guide her forward. The delivery of "Until then, I struggle just to be bold" at 1:29 is flawless. Maybe my favorite verse is at 1:48, where Noelle first pleads to understand the world around her and the feelings inside her, but at 2:01, her voice almost breaking, Noelle realizes she's not looking for an explanation to her surroundings or to her romantic feelings: she just really wants someone to believe in her. And that's a wonderful description of Noelle's state during this scene: staring at the moon, remembering her gone sister, Noelle wishes more than anything to have someone supporting her. I think that's a really powerful message, not just for Noelle, but for anyone feeling lost or afraid: sometimes you just need someone to be there for you. In short, this musical is incredible. (also i hope meg's voice is okay)
well, what a good song that embodies noelle character. her helplessness really strikes here where she's wondering what to do "comfront her or not? i better do nothing and wait, like always, even if i speak up notthing happens, is better just to do what i'm told." also, the singer/voice actress fits perfectly to her. now, on to the predicction list 1. attack of the killer queen (confirmed) 2. big shot (confirmed) 3. a cyber world? 4. my castle town 5. pandora's palace 6. queen or gigasize or knock you down 7. smart race 8. lost girl (confirmed) 9. berdly or welcome to the city 10.cyber battle or it's pronounced rules everytime i'm right i'll put confirmed and everytime i'm wrong i'll put busted. edit: the quote is not from the song or game, but rather her way of copying with world. with her father in the hospital, her sister missing and her mother becoming more strict, she prefers to hide. because everytime she fights she doesn't get any results
Praying for sound studio or cyber battle, because K_K is my favorite thing on this earth and I doubt anyone else will do it. They also did Lantern, so I hope they do this chapter's shop theme
Im very confident It's pronounced Rules will be done due to Alex really liking him lol, Also I mean the last Roulxs Kaard song said "I hope I get more lines in the sequel" Im sure thats mostly a guarantee
I have no idea why I think whoever voiced Noelle here could do a killer voice for Sayori from ddlc. Terrific cover! Probably one of the only times I ever got emotional from a video game song lol.
I ask myself. When she talks about “her”, can sound like she is talking about Susie, but maybe its about her mother instead. We dont know much about her, except that the dad of Noelle trys to avoid some things to happen
About a year after I heard this for the first time, I suddenly remembered the melody and started singing it, so I had to come and rewatch this. I will now loop it for a little while.
This was beautiful, and I really love how you adapted the tune. The lyrics hit me pretty hard, and they really show how Noelle's conflict is actually not too different between which route she takes. Either way, she's struggling not to just follow what others tell her to do, and in one way or another it's hurting her to be stuck in that cycle.
You seriously need to find a way to cosplay as Noelle, than sing that song during a karaoke party or smth. Meg you’re a literal angel. I feel like Deltarune deserves to be a musical.
Phenomenal. Made me shed a tear. Also dam, Meg's voice and range. And those lyrics as well. Fantastic job as always, everyone. I can't wait to propably become a patron soon.
The lyrics to this are really well done-- the phrasing, stresses, and pauses fit the melody as if they were written along with it, which is not an easy thing to accomplish!
I like that Noelle seems to have low self esteem for herself, and like Rudy says, she’s too afraid to make her own decisions and say no. Hopefully we see more of her throughout Deltarune.
everytime I'm feeling down, the lost girl ost is always one of the things that helps me calm down, the word "lost girl" even describes what i feel most of the time. this is beautiful, amazing job on this! and one more thing to add is that the voice for Noelle here is amazing! I really like this one :D
Ever since I first saw Toby tease this track, knowing a bit even back then about how Noelle probably has a pretty controlling mother, I was really excited for a scene where Noelle laments her feelings. To be honest, I was disappointed in how quickly Susie arrived at this scene, feeling it undermined a bit of what we could've learned about Noelle by shifting the focus to their relationship. I still hope that since Toby says the song is used elsewhere that we do get a scene that goes further into that, but in the meantime this song gives me everything I hoped. Noelle crying out for someone to help her, about how she can't seem to find the confidence to fight back and just needs some support. It's heartbreaking how desperate she is to no longer be lost. And then, finally at the end of that, after Noelle laments in peace, Susie comes in to be that hand. Nice job. :)
Here I thought it wasn't possible to love Noelle more, but here I am! Voice is perfect, tone is perfect, lyrics are perfect, everything's just so fitting!!

Someone spare thoughts for this lost girl
Someone show me through this lost world
Someone out there, who's without a doubt there
Guide this little lost girl
For some reason, “I’m a mask, smiling through the day.” sounds like Noelle has depression that hasn’t been diagnosed yet
@@Illogical_Tales Well, in the Snowgrave route...
@@Illogical_Tales One year later I want to say that girl most likely has Mommy issue, a tendency to people pleasing and a trauma regarding her sister (wherever Dess might be) so... Yeah, you could say that
The art is beautiful, the song is beautiful, the singing is beautiful. This is all around amazing and I already love it, this song fits Noelle so well and I love it. Wow, the person who voice acted Noelle has a beautiful voice. I really admired her!
Meg Stefek
I somehow have the same problem at school... I never stand up for myself at all...
@@chococandyplayz I'm in my 30s and still have a hard time standing up for myself. You're not alone, mate.
Even though i was expecting either a berdly or noelle song, i predicted that it was going to be smart race. So this was a very welcome suprise as this is so a good song. The vocals fit the melody and weight of the song very well
Also for those who want my predictions on the last 2 chapter 2 songs : its prounounced rules ( because cmon its rouxls )

Would be cool if they somehow transitioned the Cyber World theme into Sweet Cap'n Cakes' boss theme.

I think that the musical Is going backwards from aotkq
Ever since I heard the song in the game it quickly became one of my favorites on the soundtrack. I'm so glad you did a cover of it!
This is almost the perfect voice for Noelle.
You had someone better in mind? If so, who?
Yeah, because I pretty much think this voice is perfect already.
I think a good voice to compare would be Emilygovo, who voiced Hat Kid and Viridi in two different Bytes packages.
SPOUWNER RING
Fair point :3
This is absolutely beautiful. I struggled to listen through the whole of it at once: the song is just that good at conveying emotions. Between the implied duality of the lyrics, the heaviness of the tone, and the flawless execution, I can say the for me, this is the best song in either the Undertale or Deltarune (not) Musicals. To just mention some of the things I loved about the lyrics/song:
The whole section from 0:32 to 0:51 is incredible in how it complements the original music.
Bro this makes me cry. The performance, the lyrics, everything. I can't wait to see how Noelle's character and story continues. Phenomenal work
well, what a good song that embodies noelle character. her helplessness really strikes here where she's wondering what to do "comfront her or not? i better do nothing and wait, like always, even if i speak up notthing happens, is better just to do what i'm told." also, the singer/voice actress fits perfectly to her.
now, on to the predicction list
1. attack of the killer queen (confirmed)
2. big shot (confirmed)
3. a cyber world?
4. my castle town
5. pandora's palace
6. queen or gigasize or knock you down
7. smart race
8. lost girl (confirmed)
9. berdly or welcome to the city
10.cyber battle or it's pronounced rules
everytime i'm right i'll put confirmed and everytime i'm wrong i'll put busted.
edit: the quote is not from the song or game, but rather her way of copying with world. with her father in the hospital, her sister missing and her mother becoming more strict, she prefers to hide. because everytime she fights she doesn't get any results
Praying for sound studio or cyber battle, because K_K is my favorite thing on this earth and I doubt anyone else will do it. They also did Lantern, so I hope they do this chapter's shop theme

it’s pronounced rules is definitely getting a song
Im very confident It's pronounced Rules will be done due to Alex really liking him lol, Also I mean the last Roulxs Kaard song said "I hope I get more lines in the sequel" Im sure thats mostly a guarantee
I have no idea why I think whoever voiced Noelle here could do a killer voice for Sayori from ddlc.
Terrific cover! Probably one of the only times I ever got emotional from a video game song lol.
i think if MOTI ever wrote lyrics for one of Sayori’s songs I’d just cry
I agree with you both.
1:18 😳 wow what a range
I ask myself. When she talks about “her”, can sound like she is talking about Susie, but maybe its about her mother instead. We dont know much about her, except that the dad of Noelle trys to avoid some things to happen
That’s the beauty of the lyrics here. She’s probably thinking about both of them.
Aw… such a pure singing voice… I’m a little sad that Susie didn’t make it a duet.
i was so expecting susie to come in and duet bruh
Oh my god I wasnt the only one who thought that 😭😭🖐️✨
It works better as a solo, imo.
Maybe in a reprise in a later chapter. Toby has said that this motif will appear a lot throughout the whole game.
Ohmygod someone said it
About a year after I heard this for the first time, I suddenly remembered the melody and started singing it, so I had to come and rewatch this. I will now loop it for a little while.
This was beautiful, and I really love how you adapted the tune. The lyrics hit me pretty hard, and they really show how Noelle's conflict is actually not too different between which route she takes. Either way, she's struggling not to just follow what others tell her to do, and in one way or another it's hurting her to be stuck in that cycle.
this is SO nice and BEAUTIFUL!!! Meg's voice is sweet and totally perfect for this. You did a really great job, guys!
awe thank you! 🥺💕
You seriously need to find a way to cosplay as Noelle, than sing that song during a karaoke party or smth. Meg you’re a literal angel. I feel like Deltarune deserves to be a musical.

孤独な世界を私に見せて
お願い、居るんでしょう

どうか“私”を導いて
いつかは勇気が出るんだって
それまで私は勇気を持てないの?

Nice job. :)
I swear it's like this man talked to Toby Fox himself with these songs and character tracks. It's insane. You are a genius.
Here I thought it wasn't possible to love Noelle more, but here I am!
Voice is perfect, tone is perfect, lyrics are perfect, everything's just so fitting!!
I just hope they do Deltarune: (the not really) genocide package
There's not really any songs worth a cover, though. That's the problem. Besides, there's only around four songs in total, and they're more short loops than anything. Check out Juno's cover of Big Shot if you want that sort of [[Smooth Taste]].

That was beautiful! The lyrics got me misty at parts, the softness and unsure tone to her voice made me want to hug her. Lovely art, too!
I just transitioned into my age as an adult and feel like I have little control of my life right now. Listening to this song resonates with me in the same way you hear a mirror of yourself talking; it provoked me, and admittedly I cried listening to this. Thank you. Thank you and the voice of Noelle for making me feel less alone in my struggle.
That Noelle voice is just beautiful…

Though it feels a little simple, a downright beautiful song! It's interesting that while her room is the least like a prison, she's the one most trapped.
Dang it! You guys keep making excellent hits it should be a crime to not have an album or 3 out!

Ahhhh, poor, sweet Noelle!😭
I like all the talk about smiling. While she doesn't smile all the time, she does often smile even when she's tense, sad, scared, or even angry.
Oh, I got GOOSEBUMPS. I'm upset I didn't listen to these sooner, given how much I love this game. Fantastic vocals, like an absolute angel.
Dear god, this entire presentation was absolutely moving in the best of ways. The lyrics and the vocal tones to match up and enhance all that we know of for Noelle’s story. Just a fantastic video!

Well now I’m simultaneously happy that you did this song and really sad because of the lyrics. So good job!
Meg fits Noelle perfectly! Love this song!
AAAAAAA this made my day. Thank you all so much for the work you and especially the VA's amazing talent.

This song was already solid enough on its own, but the lyrics and the singer just elevated the song so much more! Great job!

ive been waiting for this all week, time to listen to this on repeat
Ahhh, the artwork looks really cute! And this is also close to the voice I imagined for Noelle! Lost Girl wasn't one of the songs I was expecting, and this was beautifully made!
I desperately want a 1 hour version of this song, it works so well for noelle's character and Meg's voice is just heavenly
bruh these lyrics are perfect. i love how you don’t just describe what’s happening in a scene, but rather build on the character and show their thoughts/feelings/mannerisms. noelle essentially begging for guidance because of her own confusion, uncertainty, and fear for the unknown just works so well.
This was such a GREAT lyrical adaptation. MOTI did it again and might even do it again but more of a bigger shot with a certain song coming in 2 weeks.
"Easyer to listen to what i'm told till then i'll be waiting in the cold"is a reference to the snowgrave route.
The lyrics are absolutely on point. Also wow that illustration of Noelle drawing Susie in the window looks so good!
0:27 does anyone else believe that this could’ve been an absolute perfect moment for her to start sing “I see the light” from Tangled
Just take out her line there and it’s perfect-
Not even 30 seconds in and it's already beautiful
I have never felt so personally attached to a video game character in my life.
I legitimately started crying because of how much every lyric felt like my emotions pouring out through song. The only thing me and Noelle don’t have in common is that she has a crush on a girl and I have a crush on a boy. Thank you for giving me an outlet. 🩵💚
This was beautiful, you captured Noelle perfectly with those lyrics and vocals, and the artwork of her drawing Susie's face on the window was cute.
This song has parallel energy to your Star cover, and both are absolutely beautiful.
this masterpiece needs to be on iTunes so I can add it to my downloaded collection for when I’m on travels.
0:13 "if they ask. I could never say no"
That line hits really,REALLY,hard and kinda personal for me
I have a friend called "erik cintron the mite" and he... Usually asked me to make stuff for him. Like for instance,he told me to edit my owl house stuff on my old channel and add #savetheowlhouse when I really don't want to
Another example is how I would work on something else and he just asks me "anything? Almost done?" Or "make oswald punishing disney for cancellin the owl house"
He also told me to tell people on Deviantart to subscribe to me and him to quote and quote "help us" and by help,he said they could "block and report users"
I know this sounds weird and kinda personal, but my point is,those lines noelle says in this song just sum up how I'm feeling now. Erik keeps telling me to do stuff, and I could never say no. I was too afraid I could mess up and make him mad again. It stresses me out and it shows. And like noelle says,it's better That I do what I'm told, right?
Noelle basically had some lines that actually made me think about how I have a sorta concection to noelle with this song
Either way, with that weird stuff out of the way,I love this song
"Oh deer, welcome to December"
