I just made these for my grandkids. My granddaughter said they were the best she has ever had. I was worried because I ran out of eggs but I remembered I had some “Bob Mills egg substitute” and use that. Seemed to work out great! Thanks for the recipe! Writing this one down and adding g to my “most used recipes” on my fridge.

Baking Powder. Not baking soda. They aren't the same thing.

I swap mine at times with coconut cream and vanilla for the milk or use cream instead of just milk ,tastes so good, I ad's at times some black currants .

Good recipe I ended up thinning them with a touch of water and adding a half a teaspoon of extra baking powder to fluff them up a bit

It’s the recipe for one person/pancake? if so do I duplicate ingredients by the number of pancakes I need?
so this makes about 7 or 8 pancakes - like regular size (pour 1/3 cup batter) if you want more, double recipe and if you end up with too many pancakes just freeze them :)

If I add another cup of flour, how much of the other stuff would I need? I like larger pancakes. Just double everything for each additional cup or?
so i would just double the amount fof everything - if youhave leftover mix just use it all and then freeze leftover pancakes that you dont eat for a later date (if that makes sense)

ohh boy thats a good question - i think you can seperate the eggs from the yolk but you'd have to whip the whites then fold them in
