Sitting in the hot tub while the boat is sinking is pretty badass :-)
I never thought that yacht news would interest me. It’s an ongoing saga with an entertaining host.
O M Gosh...I just love your eSysman Videos.and your STRONG International Reporting.. it's filled with intrigue. You, handsome Sir, are to be commended. And someone should tend to your sunburn! (I wish it was myself, LOL..) You don't know it but you are now a Maverick of the Super Yachts, and undeniably a super star! I see that you have a kind, very honest heart, I love you for that. Thank you for the journey that you are taking me on with other nice people as well... your sincere Super Yachts news reports teleport me to a world that I love!...We would not be here with out you! ⚓⛵💕...Stay Safe Captain!
Very informative about Starlink, what a great step forward.
I like your content. Always interesting.
Another great update
Your channel is so interesting and informative, not to mention highly entertaining. 💕
Sorry this channel is BS
Wanted to comment on the wow-factor of realizing the extensive and determined work that must be done digging in the corners, in order to trace and report on the ownership trail of these vessels. It might very well represent the lion's share of production time for these awesome posts. Fascinating as usual, and much appreciated. Cheers.
I like that the crew on the sinking yacht were not panicking, and just chillin' on the top deck and hot tub lol;) Great video!
That suggest she's resting on the bottom.
I love the information that we get from you. A glimpse into the super yacht world. So cool.
Stayed in the jacuzzi when it was going down 😆
You mean the Russian liferaft? 😂😂😂
Another great video with very interesting information.. Thank you for this..
There is no better channel for super yacht news and content, except perhaps super yacht chef

I never loose interest in your channel. Keep up the good work and be safe.
very interested to see how the starlink maritime progresses. pls keep the updates coming
Agree with that.
very excited for starlink
Always very interesting and informative great show. ✌🏻🇬🇧🇺🇦🇺🇸✌🏻
At the 1.19 mark, you have to love that guy sitting in the hot tub on the upper deck of that sinking yacht. lol. Also, that yacht has to be sitting on the bottom or it would have gone completely under. Or at least the stern would have gone down leaving just the bow sticking up. It's sitting pretty much flat and cocked to one side so that means it is resting on the bottom.
Hot tub is a life tub as well. Separates when the vessel submerges and floats free. Has an emergency esky full of beers attached to it.
@@foxxster3565 LOL. That is funny, but not true. They are fastened down very well. lol.
@@foxxster3565 A member of the crew is actually designated to provide silver surface to the survivors whilst awaiting rescue on the best of yachts. He would of course bring the emergency rack of fine wines with him. Beer is rather too much a case of roughing it up I think but there if people must. It would be more glamping than camping one would hope.

THANKS AGAIN MY FRIEND.....Shoe🇺🇸
The opening in last night video was very well done.
I stopped the video and gazed on the boat at 14:34. Now that is what we mean by a yacht - beautiful, graceful, in proportion, designed by a master. The superyachts look like they were inspired by paper airplanes. And they don't seem to be designed for experiencing the sea - they seem to be floating hotels.
Quite informative...as usual.
Another great informative video.
Starlink wow never ever heard of it before , a compelling watch as all ways .
Love your channel , the ghost boat video , i thought the security guy was going to throw something at your drone .
Very enjoyable !
Wow look at the colour of that water that yacht sank in 😍 All on board trying to stay dry?? It's gorgeous 🙂
Always so informative and interesting 👍
Amazing vid 💖 once again....very important information 👏👏👏👏
So very interesting, love the look of the ghost episode !
Hi thank you once again I enjoy your content and no it wasn't too long I would like you to do a little bit longer videos thanks again and have a wonderful day
Your the best thankyou ❤️👀🌎
No super yachts spotted here in the grasslands of Kansas. ;-)
Thanks for the videos,

Currently watching this on Starlink -- 6 months in now with both my house and cottage, and not a single problem at either 👍it's a huge game changer for sure.
Thank you for sharing your stories.
So "esysman" must be Electronic Systems Management.
Our man is the IT guy on a boat.
Fascinating articles ... thank you
Being someone who lives on my vessel. Starlink is a game changer for sure.. problem seems to be the creator is brilliant but suffered ADHD.. cuz geeze can't wait for it... Been saving for the systems I will have to get .. cuz living on a vessel life is all about improvements an upgrades !! An sailing to next port of call.... I've watched you for few years . Thanks for the insight an information you share .. fare winds✌🏼💗😊❣️
Great video.
Love the guy sitting in the empty hot tub on the sinking yacht 😁
Very interesting. Thank you.
The guy in the hot tub has a sense of humour!
He's listening to Margaritaville.
Thanks again... Another GREAT video.
Starlink... Already have a disky for use will my RV. Live on the west coast of California. GAME CHANGER for sure.
The good thing about the RV Mobile service is you place the service on pause. It a monthly service, making it very affordable. When you not using your RV. Monthly cost if 135.00 dollars.
I love the fact that even as it’s sinking some guy’s sitting in the hot tub.
May as well not going to get any wetter 😂
Thank-You! Very-much !
Very interesting ...
Star link will be a game changer for US coastal mariners. 🤔👍🏼
“Ghost boats” was a fun watch too.
Wow! I feel bad for the crew. Thank you for your videos.

Open up an aloe leaf and put it on the sunburn. Let it sit. Does wonders.
Your videos are never too long
Thank you for sharing all this valuable information with us.
It appears to me that the vessel that sank in Greece is a different vessel that is shown in the second video.
I believe the second Ferretti (same size) sank close to Chub Kay in the Bahamas.
If you look at the equipment on the top of the vessel, the Antenna layout is completely different.
Good eye.
Well spotted sir. The boat in the still photos has two bow cleats each side, triple screen wipers and twin internet domes. The boat in the video has single bow cleats each side, twin screen wipers and a single internet dome. There are many other differences in the two boats, too many to list here.
wow ! respec'
A good variety of stories in this update, sinkings, unusual behaviour that may be connected to sanctions and Elon Musk. Thanks eSysman.
Fabulous.
one of them is basking in the hot tub? as the vessel is listing and sinking… ? Crazy picture
Would be even better if he was holding up a full glass of wine 🙂
Not a fan of Tesla cars, but Elon has transformed the car industry, space industry, and (part of) the internet provider industry. Very impressive, to put it mildly.
Thinking back to how much money we spent making Sat calls. 😆
Elon Musk is doing amazing things.
Those prices aren't bad for starter prices.
They will, in time go down.
Thanks for today's news.
Very interesting.

I love how ppl just chill on fly deck 🤣
Loving the longer videos 😊
Man, you know some people. Thanks for all yur research. Damn Cossacks.
Nice tan!
Another Italian made Yacht sinks. No surprise there.
Cool 😎
The insta gram yacht is different than the video radar net dome x2 has no top canopy the video has a canopy and a center place dome. Awsome channel 😀
Hi. I can confirm the 25 Meter yacht hit a well charted rock called 'IF PANAGIA (MADONA) located about 2miles of shore from the port of Giaos on the Island 'Paxos' in the Ionian sea. 39'12.555'N 20'14.564'E . I have friends sailing in the area and the last photo ive seen shows the vessel has mostly slipped under water now with just the bow visible above the surface.
Is there some reason you know of as to why the captain chose to sink out at sea rather than to beach it? I know if you zoom out on your plotter you might not see this rock, would plotters not have an auto alarm system to warn of an impending grounding, like planes do for an unexpected "re-earthing"?
when the rock has a name you need to wear a bag on your head for hitting it.
Tou know you should do this for a living
Your getting very good at it 👏 🤭😜
Starlink RV works perfect for maritime, I am using mine as residential with roaming on while crossing from Menorca to Sardegna. for smaller vessels is a perfect cost/benefit.
As usual interesting stuff .... the FBI and the italian authorities should be interested, keep up the great job
Love the Videos.. Following for years. I am sure one day i can provide info for you when the subject comes up. I DO want to let you know, I purchased NORD VPN and LOVE IT! Thanks for the Deal!!
Welcome!
Whatever happened to 5 min Fridays? Lol
A salvage operation or recovery should be mandatory regardless of the value of the boat/ship that sadly sunk. It`s the responsibility of the owner. In the case of an accident, you can`t just leave your garbage in our oceans for the marine life to deal with just because you`ll lose money. You bought a yacht after all, so suck it up.
Agree
@@SuperSetright Yes. Really.
Dont know what the rules are in other countries but when the Barefoot Doctors 45ft Leopard burnt to the waterline the US Coastguard made sure the salvors cleaned it up. The entire remains of the boat was removed from the water for disposal. It was all covered by the insurance company. You would think that would be a universal rule but there are a lot of broken ships lining the shorelines of the world not to mention the bottom of the oceans.
Why? It will be a great fishing spot in a few years!
@@bobbysmith5642 :- Contaminants such as diesel fuel, acid batteries, plastic, etc.
More technical aspects of super yachts please.
I scuba dived all around Fethiye years ago with European dive centre, still got the Tee shirt, visited some amphora a little ways off the bay, beautiful place, crystal clear waters wonderful people.
I live in a rural area in Canada Internet really suck here till I got Starlink it works great.
how much do you pay? is it really worth compare to satellite?
@@hfalex7703 in Canada $160 but I was paying $135 for Bell Aliant and only getting 7 download now I get anything from 60-200 download and about 15+ upload where Bell was 2 upload, yes big improvement and feel worth the price, but you have to remember it's still in beta testing.
Kind of close to me as I organised Malta's entry into Europe. The critical thing to remember here is they're a very small State, in the same class as Fiji, and don't have people to focus on the details of something like sanctions. They're more likely to think "Russian - Superyacht - owner an Oligarch" and shut it down off their own bat, Europe/UN/NATO be damned. The first hint of that would rightly have scared the owner away, changing everything he can to hide it, maybe even a new paint job at the manufacturers. This is not the Superyacht you're looking for.
Don't forget that the financial sanctions on Russia hit all Russians, not just Oligarchs, or those specifically sanctioned, making owning a superyacht almosst impossible. You can't bunker, resupply, or crew the boat normally. I'm just surprised they don't use what navy they have left as motherships to the tender vessels. Shiver me timbers, a Pirate Armada flying the Oriflamme, no prisoners! Complete with buxom shivering figureheads...
because: the more soviruss it is the faster it heads to the bin: the back of my ancestral home in sovicuba was one such bin - agricultural equipement would survive less than one year: the sovis took the american hardware.
even a MiG 15 rested there...
@@jorgegonzalez-larramendi5491 My first encounter with an oligarch was aged 11, at the start of the Lada story. But that was an Italian design up-engineered to play the quota game, and accidentally turning into a vehical you could take a blowtorch to to start in the midwinter tundra!
That's where Daddy sold my T-bird to when he took it away. Still cruising the backstreets of Havana until recently, when it was moved to Port-au-Prince and fitted with a spigot mount.
This surely was just an act of goodwill. 😋
When the USSR collapsed I was an instructor with an international banking school, IIBB. We provided curriculum in western banking and related business practices at Pepperdine in California and at the Breakers location in Florida. It is interesting to see names of former students involved with these super yachts.
yeah: some of these guys must have learned a lot .
i am an ex-teacher myself - always placed Ethics in all my subjects - which of course the unethical can't care less about. we can only do our best, no ?
Greece Sinking smells fishier than Grimsby in July, Insurance job?
Why would it be an insurance job? It's going to be a monetary loss, not gain.
@@grondhero Bets the Insurance was several times more than than the Ship Cost to Buy and Operate?? Such a High Tech Ship should never have been close to a Grounding, Alarms should have been going off like an Air Raid Siren, Long before the Ship ran aground. Also a 3 Man Crew for such a Large Ship is Suspicious.
@@bremnersghost948 Twenty-five meters is not large for a boat. That's the general size for owner-operated. And what insurance company is going to allow someone to pay for insurance "several times more" than its cost? I can't get that on my car, nor my house. Boats sink and/or catch fire every day. This one just came with pictures.
@@grondhero Get a grip Kirby, This was a "Pleasure" Boat with all the 'Extras' not a Working Boat, The Electronics and Furnishings were probably worth more than the Hull, Likely the Owners have spent the Covid Lockdowns watching their Asset Depreciate in Value. That is if they don't have Russian Connections and Fear the Sanctions!!
I had a donut sink in grease
Thank for the starling news. Wish it was cheaper. But at least we have another choice.
Keep up the great work man, love your content. An interesting view into the dream world of Mega and Super Yachts. Thanks for doing what you do. Porsche die hards over here. Myself and GF both drive P cars, keep the faith!
What a wealth of information. If they "sold" the Polaris and renamed it into Polestar , not a smart move as both names are synonyms.
I was just being devil’s advocate.
As of the first of June, there were 2,500+ Starlink Satellites in orbit. The plan is to grow to 4,500 with 3,000 at the lowest orbit and 1,500 in a slightly higher orbit that will reduce the number of ground stations needed. The Maritime service uses the same hardware, with multiple Starlink Terminals and custom software to better track and use satellite service while the antenna is bouncing around with the boat.
The starlink antennae use phased array transceivers to be able to keep track of the rapidly moving LEO satellites, so no need to have physical dish movements (most of the time).
Just wait until Russia declares any Starlink satellite directly above its territory is fair game for destruction. What can we realistically do about that? Start a global nuclear holocaust in protest?
Love your yacht mysteries . Elon ,starlink..twitter ..ugh!
Thank you for explaining how the Starlink system works. I had heard about it, but did not know how it functioned.
Since Musk told Twitter to go fork themselves, perhaps he'll concentrate more on Starlink.
great starlink Story! but....when its fully running, one special Person got control over the whole thing. Thats always really spookie....
So, Elon got it all for the next Bond supervillain! We maybe need a White cat for him....
I kind of agree with the monopoly theory. Not a good thing.
1:45 at least the hot got filled 🤣
Polaris - Polestar is basically the same name, Polaris is the real name of the North Star or Pole Star so the new name basically means the same as the old name.
I was going to say the same thing. I wonder if the name Polaris was already taken in the Caymen Islands so Shubarev just went the synonym.
"Polestar" could also be a woman
@@jnn6201 I had that thought as soon as it was said it changed flag states... perhaps that's why no sale showing? Still, heading to Italy seems pretty bold
That’s a terrific number of satellites. Can any other rockets get through that net without colliding. What about all that space junk that’s up there too?
Good question, but Yes, there's plenty of room. Apart from space being a very, very big place, the Starlink sats have ion propulsion, and the smarts to maneuver themselves to avoid known debris and other satellites. SpaceX also has demonstrated quick, relatively speaking, de-orbit of obsolete or malfunctioning satellites. They are designed to completely burn up on reentry so nothing reaches the ground.
I'm glad the motorboat circling the yacht that ran aground didn't run avessel. It was pretty close to the aft deck.
Will Starlink improve internet broadband performance for Cruise Ships as well, do you think? ETA? That could be a huge upgrade for cruising.
expect another 5 years before it’s ready and works at half the speed and costs twice as much.
@@eliotmansfield Ouch!-)
Yes, one cruise line already signed up!
Yacht sinking and he's sat in the jacuzzi, one looks to be at the bar :D
I guess I'll only be able to communicate from a canoe by a good old fashioned yell of HELP! Besides a video on just Star-Link, a video in contrast between the old way(s) boats/ships communicate and the new way would be cool. (JF)
Thanks so much for always keeping us updated. Really enjoy your channel(s).
V2 Starlink satellites are long and 7 tons each. Can only be launched using the large Starship rocket.
You think that the small CubeSats are fast, wait until those puppies are in orbit. HumDinger!
