I bought one a month ago to build a fence, the throttle cable came off and the thing stuck wide open, full throttle. It went full demon. After a few lacerations, abrasions & contusions, I did use my post hole digger to grab it by the neck so I could get to the "off" button. It;s going back to Harbor Freight. I'm no stranger to 2 strokes but I named this fkn thing Lillith.

I tell you we have had no injuries on ours yet..... but it always feels a bit sketchy using this thing!
I always see my dad using a very similar model to kill zombies on his favorite video game!

get loctite for when the carb falls off---- after a few hours it will loosen up and wont start- you gonna need your allen keys- take off cover and you will find your loose screws.... i doubt they fixed the issues yet

Right on I will definitely take a look, unfortunately I’ve found most harbor freight tools need some extra tightening and upgrades over time, some much sooner than later

I have one of these as well that i used to install my gate post for my land. I have very rocky land so it helped but we needed much physical labor digging by hand still. My buddy used it in Safford and it worked amazingly for some fence post.

Yeah this auger beat me up pretty good, I seem to have a lot of rock and some sand stone type layer on all of our properties, but even with the beating definitely cut down my work load, can’t wait to get some posts up at the 40 acre property soon

Well I will remember that next time I go to use the Instructions bag as a baby blanket. Was the first thing I wanted it for, bummer. However that is a really neat tool.

Foolish review. Dude doesn't even drill one hole. What is the point?

Foolish comment, it’s a review of the product as the description indicates not an action adventure film.
      Life’s short stay positive …..
