In this en plein air session, I pushed myself out of the comfort zone! Firstly, I try to capture moving water from life. I then wind up in a paddock to paint a cow that’s chilling, chewing the cud. Finally, I attempt a tricky lighting scenario in a dramatically short window of time. I think it's crucial as artists to really stretch outside of your comfort zone to grow your painting skills! Andrew I bought the “the Tischler” brushes from Rosemary and I must tell you they are crap Way too soft and the hairs flare out making unwanted marks ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE I’m really disappointed
sometimes it takes time to break the brush in or by time it gets it shape? idk a lot of my brushes have stiffed up and are suitable w a lot of other things now :)
