you can just record it through serato and Mac terminal just my sort command there will be a 3 second delay to press record. ; sleep 3 && say ; just make sure that the audio on the laptop is set to go through your controller
The best way to remove plosive is through either mic technique or a pop filter. Failing this depending on how bad they are you may be able to remove them with a high pass filter in post production or using the spectral frequency delay and the spot healing tool.

Have a look at this video. Adobe Audition picks up the content from my mixing desk, the rest past that is only use for live streaming.

Can it work on windows 10, 4gb ram pc
It can run with 4GB of RAM but I’d recommend 8GB as a minimum.
