Chandler was always my favourite character. Not because of the humour, but because of all of them, he is the only one that really learns from his experiences and grows as a person. By the end of the series he's more of an adult than any of them.

@@VelinSevven i think what it meant here is they so content in love, sometimes they dont have to say it often, they just know. and to me thats sweet and thats why i love this moment.
And this is why I think Monica and Chandler should have been idolised as 'Relationship Goals'. 1) They're actually compatible, with similar interests, mutual respect and similar life goals. (Ross finds Rachel's career shallow and less important than her spending time with him; Rachel finds Ross's career boring and utterly uninteresting) 2) They don't hold out on some fantasy ideal of 'true love', but rather are practical and work hard on their relationship. (It seems the only thing that makes Ross and Rachel a couple is because they're 'lobsters' - the fact that they engage in a toxic and childish cycle for 10 seasons is apparently not as important as some ideal of romantic love, for which there is no real reason why they even like each other) 3) They're not jealous or controlling - and when Chandler does slip into doubts he is held accountable and always learns from his mistakes by the end of the episode (whereas Ross does not change for 10 seasons, and never learns from his mistakes, i.e. being crazy-jealous and territorial) 4) They don't give up on each other. Inability to have a child has real potential to drive a couple apart, yet they stick together and come up with a solution because they know a real relationship is one where you're a team. (Ross and Rachel split up because Rachel works too much. At something she loves. Really.) And what about when Chandler has to go to Tulsa, and Monica even supports him then? She barely got angry at him, whereas Ross broke up with and cheated on Rachel just because he couldn't handle her working long hours.
Except Ross and Rachel were glorified in the media as "the ideal relationship" for 2 decades afterwards, and Monica and Chandler's took a major back seat.

i love how this post solely blames ross for everything. absolutely sure that 30 people and op are just Ross's haters hahahaa. 1. Rachel hates her first job but lets be honest. She got no qualification at all and she refuses to work her ass from the bottom. Remember when chandler help rachel to make her resume? He needs to put a big font for her because she got no experience whatsoever except cheerleading or waitress. and all of sudden a really handsome guy offers to help u to get a job u really like (and it is also revealed that mark have feelings for her after ross break up with rachel). But still, they were on a break and Rachel was the first who asked for a breakup and she cant be mad for that. She did asked for breakup first. Second, ross stayed for rachel when rachel hurt her stomach after collision with monica DESPITE he was invited on the television for his work or something idk but what a jerk ross was to sacrifice his work for rachel am i right? Agreed. So blasé' about disrupting their relationship despite being one of Chandler's closest friends in Season 1-3. 3:29 my new screensaver 😂😂
“I’m really not high, I used to be Fat”. 😂😂
Her face when he said he'll take her out to dinner for mozarella sticks and jalapeño poppers😂
The fact that I knew “Soul mates (Cheese)” and which scene(s) it had is just amazing by itself
House of cheese?
"I am moving tomorrow" 😂
Love these friends clips! I play them on my phone while at work with my headphones on while working
"No, but I'm sure tomatoes does" 😂😂😂😂😂
2:20
Im really not high, its just that i used to be fat
LOL😂
"Cheese it is smelly you must smell a lot of th e time"
when he says tomatoes, lol
Whit that haircut and that shirt, you can tell Monica must really love Chandler for what he is...
inconnu262 He gets better in Season 9
That’s the worst Chandler has ever looked. Who did his hair like that?
LMAO
I agree!!!
He was going through drug rehab and gained weight around this time as well
@@savioblanc its not the weight gain, its the hair. 2000s hair styles were the worst
Recently I saw a younger guy with a hairstyle that looked like a cocoon on top of his head. Chandler’s hair looked better than his.
Not perfect but good enough… adding that to my resume 😂
Imagine phoebes reaction if anyone of them brought mike's "soulmate".
I love chandlers face when he said "no but i'm sure TOMATOES does"
"No, but I'm sure to-ma-toes does!" =D
I swear, what Monica said about love and relationships, was ONE of the BEST definitions of how a relationship should work on Friends
I just love that couple so much
0:34 "no?" 😂😂😂
When Monica said she doesn’t believe in soulmates, but on her wedding day facing Chandler and saying her vows to him oh so lovingly, she said she found her soulmate. That means she did believe and she found her soulmate. The writers must have forgotten that Monica said that in the wedding episode scene 🤔🤷🏻♀️
Not after. While the series was airing everybody knew what was going on with him. He never really hid it. At least after the 6th season (or maybe 5th), everybody knew he went to reab and was afraid he might not come back in the season, but the producers had been patient and gave him time to take care of himself. And everybody knows he came to the next season scary skinny !
Yes! After being engaged to Monica for 5 minutes he loses like 40 pounds!
I think this is one of my favourite episodes
'Soul Mates (Cheese)' LMAO I've never seen a more concise yet apt title, well done
