I think the writers really did their research for this episode. Professional eaters apparently really do warmup their stomachs, and apparently, our stomachs always make room for something sweet

I can relate to that; no matter how much I eat, my body will never gain weight. It’s like your metabolism resembles a racing car engine. You eat to fuel up, not to fill up.

Reason she makes food for others is because in the past she was fat , and deep inside her there is still that urge to eat food like a lot , but watching others do it instead of her it makes it easier to process and monica eats just what her body needs to. It's a simple psychological way. Even in real life, do you better taste the food that someone makes it for you or yours?

One night around Christmas, me and my family went to this nice Italian restaurant. There, I ordered the chicken Parmesan. I had some appetizers, but my parents said I should hold back for when my dish comes, which I agreed. When It came, it was so huge. It was the biggest chicken Parmesan I ever had. When I was like halfway through it, I said exactly what Joey said at 2:38 which did entertain my family.
That reminds me back when I used to hangout with my friends at a Middle Eastern restaurant; I ordered a half portion meal which I thought was only half a whole chicken with quarter of rice. When it came out, it was a regular to large bowl of rice with half a whole chicken and gravy. It took me 30 minutes to finish the whole dish and I was the smallest person on the table. Everybody is shocked of how I managed to finish it.
It's fun to know that Turkey is called "Hindi" in Turkish , and "Indian fowl" in French , Dutch bird in Cambodia , and is called "Peru" in Brazil but the bird has Mexico as it's original home 😂

Jin Kazama We stopped using a traditional oven for turkeys years ago. Now we use a rotisserie. Skin comes out crunchy and the inside stays juicy. No more dry meat up top and soggy mush on the bottom.
