I get really tired of some other preachers acting like they are flawless all of the time. Joyce shares her struggles and flaws with humor as she teaches us how God helped her to overcome things in her life. Finally, an honest, relatable preacher!
Be what God have created to be, stay on your lane. God know your capabilities, he knows what he invested in you.
I homeschooled my two children. They graduated with honors. When my nurse practitioner wife left me for a doctor, the court didn’t give me credit for being a stay home dad while she went to school and got NP degree. . We never had to worry about sitters or day care. Sadly enough the judge and her lawyer look down on me. I know what a job it is to raise and take care of two children, cook three meals, clean the house, do the yard work, wash clothes etc. I was up at night while she slept because she had to rise early. I know believe me🙏🏼❤️

Isn’t it ironic? I never had the chance to be a stay at home mom, and am learning to let go of what I thought “should have been.” I was a single mom, working and going to school, and it grieved me deeply that I could not be married, have a father in the home for my son, and devote myself full time to the care of my family. Don’t believe the devil’s lies for a minute, sister! You are doing amazing work right where are!

Thank GOD soneone said it. As a singer, gifted to sing, I've been treated with suspicion and criticism for " my motivation for doing it ". to the point where I just stopped. It's not always the devil that shuts people down. It's not always about "doing what comes easy and natural in your gifting. Jealousy takes peoole out, sometimes. When you leave you hear," You should share your beautiful gift." Yeah. OK.
Totally agree with you. Sometimes I want to sing because it helps me a lot to control my stress, but there are times when I feel discourage by people around, at home, I started to stop singing, I just do it when I'm completly alone at home, that's sad.

Sometimes hating your job is something God is working with you on. I hate my job but I keep getting the answer to stay every time. I have to learn what he wants to show me. Sometimes he puts us through suffering for a reason.

what to do when we don't know what we're called to do? when I don't even know what I'm good at? I know what I LIKE doing, but truthfully, i don't think I'm actually good at anything. When my kids were babies I struggled with wanting to still have a career I didn't like the idea of just being a stay home mum n mu husband kept telling me how important it was to him but I've come to learn and understand it's so important and it's not a bad thing to put a career to the side to raise my kids I'm now have my 4th and I'm grateful I have the opportunity to be a stay at home mum ❤️ I also give so much praise to working mums because I know it's not easy xx

I gave mine in end May, and am still waiting for a confirmed offer from the next job. This job is one that I have prayed for and been interviewed twice. However the organization is currently still small and the hirer cannot give me a firm confirmation until such times. I will continue to wait and listen to God, and have to say I am going broke soon. Please pray for me, that god will give me a breakthrough as I continue to wait on him

I started watching Joyce long time ago when i was in active addiction of alcohol in Georgia immediately i was hooked by her teachings her spunk and great humor and she still on fire for God Joyce helped me get inline and i appreciate her sermons more than i can express Joyce ain't gonna preach what you want to hear she's always on point shake you up

Same, y'all. I was in an unhealthy, sinful environment of unbelievers at work. It pulled me down so much. Tried to be a Light in the Darkness, but to no avail. I heeded the Lord's advice and resigned, it affected my health and well being THAT much. No job set up to go to, no savings....but my Lord, He kept me! I did just fine and am still receiving blessings. My bills are paid! I have clothes, food, roof over my head! He amazes me every day. 😮 Gives me butterflies! Please trust and have faith. Don't suffer as I did. Take His hand and trust him totally like a little child. 💗💗💗

Be you. God loves you. Be the best version of yourself. You are unique. God puts gifts in each of us. Never be jealous. We should love our lives and enjoy our lives. Train up a child in the way they should go. Help children to be their best selves. Give yourself to your gifts. God calls us to careers and lives we love.

My husband and I were being and doing what God called us to do . We always prayed before we moved and God would send at least 2 people to confirm that He is ordering our steps. We were blessed with a reco6ing studio and ran a gospel band. The Lord would open doors for us to minister to the lost. God would send us intio the world were people needed to hear that he loved them and we would share our testimonies and our love for Jesus. Each time the Holy spirit would show up and the people were so blessed Unfortunately we were judged and criticized by man , leaders who didn't want to understand how God was using us for Kingdom works .When we started the ministry the Lord told us that were going to minister to the world. God was I control !
