Intriga e decepção causada pelo Grapow quase mataram a banda novamente em 2000, a vida segue e se ele fosse tão bom hoje estaria igual ao Helloween. Uli saiu sem motivo aparente mas contam que não seguiu o Grapow estava mesmo era cansado do maistream.

But they were fired after The Dark Ride tour by Weikath via email, pretty much cited that they were devoting too much time to side projects, but it's known there were other reasons involved, such as band politics over musical direction etc. I really do miss them, but at the same time I am glad that Dani and Sascha joined because I really like the material from the modern lineup as well :)
Grapows and ulli was fired because there was some problems with weikath... Weikath said they had more influenced in the last album (the dark ride) without any confirm to weikath. He also said that helloween's music had been changed and weikky did'nt like it, so after discussing with the other, the decission was to fire both of grappows and ulli.. How pity
