I truly respect the way you teach. I like it how you try to slide in the theory stuff in a way that it is easy to understand, instead of just going through the chords of Wonderwall or whatever. When people ask me for good channels or sites to learn basic theory and to get started with music I always tell them to check out Sean Daniel. This is why I now must ask you to keep up the good work, because my honour and trustworthiness lies in your hands.

Interesting stuff. This is kind of what I discovered a few months back with hammer-ons but only in the standard form (not moving around). Truly, I didn't know why it sounded good, but knew that it did. Now I understand it's in a scale and I can move around a bit more. This is really a great tip!

I suggest you bring in a pretty girl with a ridiculous amount of vocal talent, and have her sing to some badass guitar playing. That I know you can do ;) LOL Yes Ian you have some awesome teaching skills too, but I have to say I really never thought about embellishments that way, and I suspect I will look at pentatonics/ Diatonics the same way when I embellish. Have to give Sean this round ;) no worries your killing him on the live thing ;)

Thank you both for your videos, they are well appreciated by all whom are on the same path and journey as I know all of us are, that being the unobtainable ability to master the greatest instrument on Earth (in my opinion.) the six string guitar ;)
