At age 70, I have been recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer DCIS (Stage 0, Grade 2), had Surgery, Radiation and am now on an Aromatase Inhibitor for five years. The recommendation is for Calcium 1200 mg and Vitamin D 800-2000 IU - are there any other vitamins and/or supplements that you would suggest to keep my bones, joints and body in good health? I have taken a multi-vitamin for many, many years and recently added turmeric (which I now understand you have some reservations about). Any guidance would be most appreciated.
