What guitar effects pedal(s) do you want to see me demo here next? And feel free to check out the demo of a $40 overdrive pedal I did last week: ruclips.net/video/jPBrrsIKRl0/видео.html
I use a compressor to bring up the frequencies lost in the capacitance of the cables. Just enough to goose the presence. A Keeley Mini Compressor is on my main board; a companion unobtrusive...
I run 2 compressors 1 at the beginning of my signal chain after my tuner and ... wait for it... at the end of my FX loop , I like it , unconventional, but sounds great.

Another great way to use compressors is as a leveler, you can switch guitars with different output pickups and have them on the same level durig a gig
That’s a great point! Or even for when playing with humbuckers and switching to a split coil tone when you tend to have a volume drop off

Definitely a good point as well, and I’ve heard good things about pretty much everything Keeley makes too!

Interesting approach, I'll have to give that a try!
