    always been wondering if there's a difference between looking down or straight on dips now i know you need to lean thanks. but what does the parallel version train ? is it more triceps or the same but easier ?

    • @tylerzumwalt1362
      @tylerzumwalt1362 3 года назад +1

      if you lean forward you start activating more chest. the chest is involved if you hold your body perpendicular to the ground too, but it's in a disadvantageous position for pushing it's hardest, so the triceps and shoulders take a large portion of the load. so lean forward to add a bit more chest to your dips. OR if you decide you wanna hit triceps harder you can try to hold your legs in front of your body instead of leaning forward

    This is the Gospel
    All men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God
    For God so loved the world that he sent he's only Son that whoever beliefs in him shall not perish but have eternal life,for God did not bring his son into the world to condemn it but that the world may be saved through him
    God was in Christ reconciling the world back unto him
    Jesus Christ is the Way the Truth and the Life ,no man enters heaven without entering through him
    Admit that you are just like me ,a sinner no matter how good you think you are the Bible says our good works are like filthy rags before a holy God and it makes sense ,think about it if you were a judge and somebody murdered a person you would have to sentence the person regardless of what good deeds that person done ,you as a right judge would have to sentence the crime . Well God is a just God.
    The Bible says the soul that sins shall die and it goes on further to say the wages of sin is death.
    We are all liars,thieves ,murderers, fornicators,blasphemers,law breakers and law breakers deserve punishment .
    You and I deserve death because of our sins but God being merciful sent his son Jesus Christ to die in our place ,he became a curse for our afflictions so we can be saved . Scripture teaches that cursed be any man who hangs on a tree .My Lord and saviour Jesus hanged on the tree and after 3 days he resseructed and all this satisfied the righteous wrath of God and testified of his mercy .
    My friend you recieve Christ like this
    Confess your Sins
    Repent of your Sins
    Be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ
    Recieve the Holy Ghost Fire speaking in tongues
    But to start off say this "Lord Jesus I welcome you into my life, reveal yourself to me in Jesus name.
