LEG DAY WORKOUT | Glutes, Quads, Hamstrings, and Calves

  • Hey guys! So this is my first official fitness video on my channel! I wanted to take you guys along with me for a leg day workout where I hit my glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. In this leg day video, I'm doing hip thrusts, conventional deadlifts, RDLS, B-stanced hip thrusts, hip abductions, and calf raises.
    This was filmed about a month or two ago and therefore my leg day routine has shifted a bit. Let me know if you guys want an updated routine! However, I do include a lot of the movements still. At the end of the day, you want to at least have 2-3 lifts that you're doing CONSISTENTLY so you can actually progress in those movements, get better, and build more strength and more muscle.
