    I just discovered this channel a couple of weeks ago and purchased a standing bag and I am in love! All of the workouts that I have done have been effective in a short amount of time and I get so excited to add a session to my daily fitness routine! And this one....#THISTHAONE!!! I feel so good after doing this workout ! It was soooo challenging but so worth it and much needed!! Keep them coming!!

    would lose all my belly if I do this 2 times a day & only eat two times a day? breakfast: apple, water, one egg & dinner before 7pm: chicken & veggies w/ no salt. if I do this from sept - oct.31st, would I lose all my belly fat if I really work hard and stay dedicated? I really need this. I want to see what im capable of.
