The entire diabetes knowledge of allopathic doctors is just nothing but a big humbug and hoax. Only to promote pharma lobby, insurance lobby and so on. Type 2 diabetes in more than 90 percent cases is due to insulin resistance. There is absolutely no medicine available in the world to reverse insulin resistance except changes in life style. As long as we undertake a lethargic life style and indulge in eating simple carbs like diary, cooked food ( veg or non veg ), packed and refined products u go for any pathy , no permanent relief will come. Unless we start taking food as given by nature diabetes can not be reversed. I myself reversed my type diabetes in 9 days without a single tablet. I didn't eat after 7 pm, no tooth paste ( with SLS ), no soaps, bfast only green and veg juices and fruits, lunch I have salad followed by very little millet, evening same as bfast. No dairy, no packed and refined foods. I don't use any salt but I make bio salt and use it

Hi sir my name is Tej Kumar
2 month a go my hba1c was 13.5 and my suger reding was 372
Then I never knew about your chanel since I find Ur Chanel in RUclips I started following ur videos and change my lifestyle as well
After then I stopped eating direct carb food like rice and chapattis act also I go gym now
I gain weight by solid 8 kg
Feels so much of heathy
But I am still taking med 1 them a day .....
Before I used to take 2 time.
Very soon I will check my Hba1c again if it's drop by 3/4 down I will stop taking med ...
And follow healthy diet only.

For the first time in life, in Feb. 2021, I have been diagnosed Diabetic and the test result was FBS-273 & PP-411. Since then I am on medication and the Sugar level is under control. Now, I am taking the following medicines:-
1. Vildamac M 50/500(Metformin 55+ Vildagluptin 50mg) 1-0-1(before food)
2. Damita 5 mg(Dapagliflozin 5mg) One tablet before lunch
3. Lipitas 20mg(Rosuvastatin 20mg)one after Dinner
4. Ecosprin 75 mg one after Dinner, and
5. Alnuron Plus(Methylcolabamine+ Folic Acid+Pyridoxine+L Aline) one after breakfast.
