I remember when I first saw the the price of the California Duo pack ($29.99), and I thought "$30 for two impulse files?" Then I realized just how in depth their IR packs are. The make multiple IRs with different speakers in the cab with different mics on different axises. The price for what you get is actually really impressive in my opinion.
I deleted all the cab simulatiors on my two notes cab pedal and put mostly ownhammer impulses, major improvement......other interesting impulses I tried were the ones celestion makes
If you like quick solutions, you should check out 3 Sigma Audio impulses. They sound really good and they don't have an overwhelming number of positions and mics.
Thanks Ola. So yeah, phasing is not an issue with WOSlll 2 cabs/mics recording but I wish you made a comparison between the OwnHammer and the Two Notes IRs. I find TN IRs need a lot of EQing unlike OH.

Noob question here. If I use WOS III for a stereo cab hard panned L/R signal, does it get blended as a mono signal if I then hard L or R it in reaper? Hope this makes some sense. Have done it live as a guitarist in analogue studios before, but am having to rethink everything at home
Hi. I have one Engl Blackmore. I use one torpedo captor 8 ohm. With 2 notes wall of sound. But I have a fizz sound on my top end arround 2k and I try ownhammer IR but I still have some harsh sound on Top End. Could You Please give me an help?

Ownhammer has a free cab pack of a Mesa Boogie 2x12 i believe as well. It's really good, lots of options.

Concerning the clipping of the audio, you could use OBS instead of quicktime capture, for me it has worked often
Make this an upvote for OBS. Best software streaming solution available. I use it with a Blackmagic Web Presenter. Flawless performance.
