yes due to dry run. valves gets heated and burns. then short circuit happens in PCB
Can I use TIC226m triac instead of BT136?....also can you please verify your connection, because pin 3 of the original IC is the gate but in the video you connected the gate of the triac to pin 2

Thank you Soma Electricals. Very informative video in simple language also giving the price of the IC for not electronic people. My question is that in my Samsung Top loader, we have two inlets - Cold and hot. Only hot is not working . So would there be two different Switching IC and would one be bad needing replacement. And I too cannot find bt136 800E. So as mentioned by Usha sri7471 would bt139 16A 800V work. Thank you in advance.

Sir one doubt is this the same thing to do when the supply for the inlet motor in always coming on when we switch on the machine. The water is not stopping even if the machine starts washing...

I've tried bt136, inlet valve started taking water, but never stops taking water, so finally I used the same ACS1086, works fine now. I'll suggest to use same Triac instead of using BT136.
We use bt 136 and bt134 never had any issue. maybe u have connected wrong

AFTER WATCHING THIS VIDEO IT GAVE ME A GREAT HELP INDEED.NOW CAN ALSO GIVE ME THE PRICE FOR THE MOTHERBOARD ROUGHLY . I BROUGHT MY SAMSUNG TOO LOADIND 5 KG FROM GULF NOW IT WAS IN SERVICE FOR THE PAST 15 years. now the problem is the power is getting on but the start paue button does not respond my questian to you is can we replace the IC OR do we have to change the pcb please reply I will be greatful thanks.

Hi dear all, my name is Frank, I have a problem with the sumsung washer model - wa70h4000sg that water does not stop, the water inlet valve does not cutoff. The pressure sensor is working, the washer will automatically start to wash, I have to turnoff the water inlet valve if not it will over fill. I feel the control board could be faulty. Appreciate your suggestion, hope to get your feedback in due course. Many thanks.

hello. I have a samsung watching matchine WA70h4000SG/FQ and when I plug it to the electricity and it turns on. the display pcb is working but only thing is start is not working. When I press start button it gives me a lid open sound but when I close the lid and again try to start or run it but it gives me the same sound and it wont start. I know a little bit of electricla stuff but I am not a pro. ... help me please.......

I have an ifb senorita washing machine, at 38 minutes it doesn't continue, it shows DPer..u mentioned there is an IC which controls the drain pump..may this be the reason?

Soma Electricals yes it is draining until that time ( 38 minutes )..full cycle time is 1 hour 52 minutes..runs properly till it reaches 38 minutes then stops.

Negi ji, I checked the input circuit. Up to the point that the power mains are reaching, the power shows. I am not much knowledgeable about individual components and most of the circuit board is waterproofed so am not able to check individual ICs.. could anything be wrong with the switch on the door lock?

I have Samsung WA11WP 9kg wobble 3D technology fully automatic washing machine. When we star the machine the drain value should close and collect the water in machine for cloth washing ? But when we press star button machine star the water supply but as soon it star to flow the water in it as soon as the water come out from drain pipe . It’s drain the water .
