Wolf tightening up his Loose Leash walking (03 Feb 2025)

Wolf's showing progress each time we go out. I've seen experienced dog trainers make faster progress with better, more efficient corrections.
Wolf's slower progress is directly due to my lack of experience and conservative corrections. I'm trying to improve the efficacy of my corrections in order to more clearly communicate my expectations to him.
It's never fair to over-correct or "punish" a dog because of the handler's failure. So, whenever your dog isn't meeting your expectations, I recommend you record your training sessions and ask yourself these questions:
Am I being fair to the dog by communicating clearly?
Am I rewarding the dog for doing things right?
What can I do to be more effective in training the dog?
