    Thanks so much for explaining it! we always create package and proc in custom schema, and then those pkgs on schema's like HR and GL, then if dont use authid current_user, your proc fails , nicely explained

    What will happen if there is no temp table in user2 schema while you are trying to execute user1 procedure with invoker right?

    Why can't we simply execute myproc from user2? myproc procedure is also created in user2
