I have stored procedure in Oracle database. With IN parameter as varchar2. When I run this in c# it gives numeric error. I used value as "1300151".
But when I do "130015" it works what is problem.
How to view the output of a stored procedure which does not have out parameter??

Why you declare bind variable k if you already declare out parameter
The s variable sending the value to subprogram but in subprogram they need same data type to receive so using another variable
