What Exactly is a PACS Administrator?

I have a question and hopefully it gets responded to. I'm currently doing a project for network engineering and my team and I have decided to create a medical center. I wanted to know if there ways of using cloud computing with PACS or DICOM and what other services or tools does PACS have

It depends on the software vendor you choose for PACS - their architecture will dictate whether they support cloud based applications or whether they need to be on premise. But know that there are vendors that support cloud based architectures.

@@enliticinc8511 thank you so much, also is it possible to create your own PACS server on the cloud, have done some research on it and thinking we can make a Virtual Machine on Azure with PACS server on it, and how do we network the medical equipment 😅thank you again I really appreciate it ❤️
