how many volt has your batteries? It should be 16 but i have 14.4 and this is the battery from the old g3pro. Now i have problems with the Batteries.... Feels like a scam
Question for ya! I just bought a G4 pro after seeing this review. Bought it right from Theragun/Therabody themselves. I noticed the battery life was no where near what they were claiming (150 minutes for each battery). So I looked at the batteries that came with my gun and I realized the model number on the battery is “ TG-G3PRO-25S”. Essentially I think I was given “G3 Pro” batteries in my “G4 Pro” gun. Curious what model numbers were on any of your guns battery if you don’t mind me asking? Curious if I need to each out to customer support lol. Thanks in advance! Love the video :)
Just bought the Elite version from these guys and they were VERY helpful with the many questions I had via their online chat. Seemed to really know their stuff as well. Psyched that the new gen is so much quieter. Just as an aside, was thinking of going with the PRO model, but I’m not a personal trainer and main diff between the two was PRO allows head to move up and down while ELite doesn’t and 60 vs 40 pounds of pressure which was also not a game changer for me. 40 pounds is plenty.
Recovery for Athletes of money is no issue and you want to get the best. What would you get? Pro r elite? I was worried that the pro was a lot louder than the elite but since you say it’s not that much louder, I’m leaning towards the pro.
Nice review!! I’m debating between the pro and the elite. Is the pro a lot louder than the elite? It’s just for my wife and I. We aren’t athletes. We just have knots, back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain. I do like to get the best. Would I benefit from the extras that the pro offers?
The elite may be a tad bit quieter but for the extra money the PRO has some great additions being stronger and having the adjustable arm. Can’t go wrong with either one!
I have really tight lower back muscles due to scoliosis and am planning to splurge on the Pro for the most deep-muscle massage. I hesitate that I'll need its full power although the rotating head may help. Should I also splurge on the wireless charging stand? And is the Pro the quietest?
I would say the charging stand was worth it so you don't have to worry about overcharging the battery while having easy access to the device. You'll have to dust it more often though. It depends on you whether it's worth the 79$ however. I don't find much use of the rotating head for me personally, but I guess it could come handy, particularly if someone else was to do it for me.
Ye Wang I’ve had the G3 Pro and the Liv and I prefer the Liv because it’s cheaper and has everything I need. The multi grip lets me hit any area that I could hit with the adjustable arm and I haven’t found a need for more leverage in the tougher to reach areas with the Liv. I’ll be picking up the prime as it’s quieter and still has the same power.

Yes, that is the same model number for the ones I have for my G3 Pro, so I think you just need to request the newer ones.
McKay Taylor Did you find out any more on this? I’ve just purchased a G4 pro and noticed the same thing that it came with TG-G3PRO-25S batteries.
WTF i have the same! What a SCAM

How does the noise of the Pro compare to the Elite?
The Elite is a tad bit quieter but not much of a difference!

How can you get to lower back if you don’t have a friend??
The head is adjustable to allow you to get hard-to-reach spots!

Recovery for Athletes thank you!!!!
In terms of power. Does the new theragun pro feel like it has more of a percussive force than the G3Pro?
It's the exact same

finally a much quieter version! Do you feel the rotating arm is very helpful given it already has multi-grip?

Seems a lot quieter than the g3pro. Does it feel as great, or better on the body than the g3pro?
Same strength
