Thanks for the review! I turned a friend onto these a week or so ago when they went on sale again. He's using them for the original purpose and seems real happy with them. Cheap way to segregate ammo by caliber for range day.
I don't recall ever buying one, but I have ended up with several of these over the years. All of them still function as they should, and some have been out in the North Idaho weather at times.

That's good to know. I bought some of their metal ones a couple weeks ago and thought about the plastic ones. Thought they might be too cheap and break. But for three bucks I'm going to get a couple.
Hey Moe thanks for watching and commenting. The $3 prices with the coupon back when I bought mine but I think they still have the same sale now and then
Hi Robb! Good review and you can’t beat the price. The ones at the surplus stores are very expensive even though they are metal. Have a very blessed night!
Three bucks? Not bad. Make a nice lunchbox. I buy the metal ones when they turn up. They all seem to get filled with something. I’ll have to give those a try at that price I found used cigar boxes to be reasonably priced for organizing small items. They are incredibly cheap if you buy ten. Some are extremely nice. You can make a guitar out of them too.
@@RobbsHomemadeLife That’s the guy that made a shovel guitar! I know who you mean. He is really good. Needs a haircut. Coincidentally, I just found that a cigar box guitar museum isn’t far from me. It’s a little family tavern that gets real talent going through. They sponsor a bunch of festivals too. Their motto is “ Blues, Booze and Big Ass Wings” If Justin was in the area, he would find his way there.
@@RobbsHomemadeLife Not a drop for me either. Makes me sick. Anyhow, It’s a neat little family tavern that serves food. The motto is more wishful thinking about the glorious days of rebellious youth.

Hey John thank you for the original question which made me do the video in the 1st place.
Thank you Robb.😊😊😊😊
Thanks Minnie you're very welcome
I have some of the metal military surplus ones. They are practically indestructable. I use them to hold tools, supplies and even ammo.
I agree those metal ones are pretty tough. It's cool to see all of the a gadgets people have used these ammo boxes for.

I imagine north Idaho is pretty rough. I knew someone from Missoula Mt and she said the cows would freeze standing up.
@@RobbsHomemadeLife We certainly have wide temp and humidity swings. Montana gets much, much colder generally.
Thanks Corey, I am from South Florida and we only saw snowflakes one time in 1979.

Thanks willows you have a blessed night too.
I ordered like 20 of those. They are very convenient for storing snack cakes 😋
Thanks Oscar. Legend has it that some snack cakes will outlast an ammunition box.
this could make the neighbors really suspicious ;-)
Absolutely😀
