Can you please specify how the recruiting and working at Mckinsey has evolved since the pandemic?

When discussing the topic of diversity I think it’s helpful to do this mental exercise: Lets say you have 5 red solo cups, each filled with water to a different level..... is that an example of diversity or inequality? Additionally this beautiful young lady is proof that Sapir-Wharf theory is legit!

Here’s another question, suppose there’s 10 red cups and 10 green cups; out of those green cups you are told that about 7 of them are about 30-60% filled with only 3 cups being filled 100%. You are also told that there’s a higher likelihood of red cups being filled more on average than the majority of green cups; 9 red cups filled 60-70%. The catch is there’s only one red cup filled 100%. Which color cup should you choose?

@@biscuitsaregud Thank you for responding. That is a great question! In order for me to visualize the decision making process could you provide me with a few more details? Are all the cups equal in size? Do they have lids? What is it, that the cups are filled with? And why do we need what’s in them? Who are the people telling “us” about the likelihood of how much is in the cup?

Can an ongoing application be marked as closed due to it being open for one month?
