I've subscribed to the Mayhem minimal Athlete programing for 4 years now working out in my garage. Visited Cookeville once last summer and loved it! I sure do wish I could be apart of this culture on a daily basis. Y'all encourage me to get after it. This is a special group and I love that Emma and Dom are now part of the Mayhem family.

A blood oxygen reading in between sets is worthless on its own, you would need a NIRS sensor to measure the actual muscle oxygen to see how the effort is effecting them.
I love how Roman is one of the fittest men alive but hes still open to coaching. Thats encouraging to see.

She has moved to Virginia. ☹️ I watched an interview with her a week or so ago. So, no, she's not working out at/with Mayhem and is not living in Cookeville.

Definitely bastardized for sure, box squat is wide sumo stance. It’s the only squat that builds the squat and the deadlift. This was interesting to watch.
